Vakantiewoningen met hottub in Podkoren

Wir haben uns wirklich gleich sehr empfangen und wohl gefühlt in Zorans Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig - der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und/oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Zudem gibt es einen Fluss direkt an der Unterkunft der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die urige Wohnung ist mit einem Ofen, der finnischen Sauna und dem Whirlpool (den Zoran extra nochmal zur Verfügung gestellt hat - Danke!) ausgestattet. Auch wenn Zoran direkt unter der Wohnung wohnt, hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Er ist jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Tipps oder wenn man etwas benötigt zur Verfügung. Istrija ist ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gibt es Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants. Auch eine alte Miene kann man besuchen. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber in einer tollen Gegend, ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal zu hierhin zu kommen 🙂

Our stay at Lans House was wonderful! We were a group of 9 friends, participating at a race in Bled and had a perfect place to stay. Lan sent us a very long list of recommended places already in advance which was very helpful for us. We were welcomed with a sweet letter and chocolate and throughout the stay Lan made sure we had everything we needed. The house is super clean and super equipped, and settled nice and quiet in the countryside but still only 10 minutes walking from Bled. Also with the check out Lan was very flexible and let us stay a bit longer than planned. I can 100% recommend staying here. Thank you Lan for being such a great host and for sharing this beautiful home.

The stay at Branko place was great. The house has everything you would need, the hosts we very friendly and helpful. A perfect place for a nice stay wiht a big group! Recommend!

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé dans une jolie région. La rivière a 10 minutes à pied par un joli chemin est un atout surtout quand il fait très chaud. Merci

Wir hatten wünderschöne Tage hier. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich sauber, die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Ich kann nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zwei vierköpfige Familien und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Strmec. Es gab genug Platz für alle, sodass wir ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es wunderschöne Seen, Berge und natürlich die Soca. Aber auch der Wald direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein tolles Ausflugsziel. Und danach im Hot Tub zu entspannen war immer ein Tageshighlight.

Perfect accommodation for a family of four just a short (but steep) walk from the lake. The house was spacious and clean and lake Bled views amazing from the living room and main bedroom. Thoroughly recommended, we would love to return. Thanks Tina for being a great host.

We had the best time in Villa Eva, we enjoyed the great views and the amazing house during our holiday. Timon was really helpful with tips and also showed us around his olive oil production with private tasting - amazing! Thanks again, we hope to come back to Kozana soon!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Haus von Ton. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Panoramablick ist wunderschön und die Kinder konnten gleich auf die umliegendenen Wiesen zum Spielen. Sorgar Hängematten und Spiele wie Federball waren vorhanden. Die Straße am Haus ist quasi autofrei, also sicher für die Kinder und es war unglaublich ruhig. Am Morgen konnten wir den Kuckuck hören und ein Reh lief durch den Garten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es genügend Platz und auch ausreichend Geschirr / Küchengeräte. Das Haus war blitzsauber, als wir es bezogen habe. Wie in der Beschreibung des Check-in erläutert, sollte man Duschtücher mitbringen. Kleine Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wir hatten noch Handwaschseife dabei, sowie Toilettepapier. Hottub und Sauna waren perfekt für die Regentage. Im Haus von Ton könnt ihr euch ganz auf euren Urlaub freuen und entspannen.

Wow what an amazing experience. Our family spent Easter here and had a terrific time. Lots of activities for the kids (both under age 5), morning walk to the chicken coop to collect eggs and a visit to the donkeys. The breakfast that is provided is so generous, an abundance of freshly made bread and a fully stocked fridge. Really every detail was thought through. Definitely recommend the extra activities/ add ons. The pizza making, horseback riding and meals cooked for us really made the experience feel like a 5 star experience. We also had onsite Turkish bath, sauna and wine tasting. Loved it and highly recommend.

We spent a long weekend at this lovely little house, and we absolutely loved it - it was just the perfect place to unwind and recharge with the sound of the river and birds around us. The location was also perfect - it was really easy to get to sights and activities in the vicinity by car. We also received a very detailed house manual, which made using the various amenities really easy and smooth. Overall just an amazing experience, we can only recommend it! ❤️

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

Luca war sehr freundlich bei der Übergabe und dem Check-In. Er hat sich direkt selbst um alles gekümmert. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind super gepflegt und man kann die Ruhe in den Bergen genießen. Gab nichts auszusetzen und wir waren mehr als zufrieden

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Unterkunft. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Besonders gefallen hat uns die großartige Umgebung - rundherum Natur und Ruhe. Dann noch der Whirlpool - traumhaft! Im Haus selbst gibt es alles was man braucht und mehr. Alles ist liebevoll ausgestattet und dadurch haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. (Fein war zb: der Geschirrspüler, Bademäntel, Schlapfen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, ... Eine Decke zu zweit war uns zu wenig, im Kasten gab es allerdings noch eine zweite). Sehr sauber war auch alles. Gerne wieder!

The Alpine house is a beautiful villa that was perfect for the two of us, the wood fired outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring, hearing nothing but nature while sitting and relaxing in the hot tub made the experience that much more enjoyable. The sauna was an amazing addition to the villa. Very well equipped with everything we need for our stay, Tadej was friendly and a great host! We would definitely stay here again.
