Navettarakennuksessa moderni sauna kahdella suihkulla ja Aito -kiukaalla. Terassilla palju (ei käytössä maan tai järven ollessa jäässä). Sisällä erilliset vessa ja suihku. Keskeisen sijainnin ansioista pääset rauhalliselta Patalahdelta muutamassa minuutissa laskettelemaan talvisin kuin golfaamaan kesäisin, tai vaikka Himos Areenan tapahtumiin. Huvila on kaksi kerroksinen - alakerrassa 110m2 ja parvella 40m2. Himos Villa Nuppula sopii mainiosti perheille, kaveriporukoille, polttareihin tai vaikka viretapahtumien järjestämiseen

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.
