Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

lots of things to do, love that we had the hot tub & im glad that I planned to heat the pool for our march trip. having a bathroom in every room was helpful too when you have 5 kids ! we hope to return soon.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Nice places Really clean

The location was great! I had 2 teens and a 4 year old and it was great for everyone ! The Walmart being 5 mins away was extremely helpful!!

One of the best homes I’ve Rented! 10/10 highly Recommended. Everything was as described, Very Spacious, everything was brand new and ready to use! The Host was awesome , great communication and clear instructions! I will most definitely be Renting again! Thank you 🙌🏾

Cozy Cottage! It had an old charm on the outside & a new updated charm on the inside. It felt very homie & the rocking chairs on the front porch was delightful. The kitchen is fully equipped, however there is no dining room table but we made do. The back yard is big but not very private, yet neighborhood is super calm & quiet. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Place was clean and well located for our purposes. House is spacious enough for 2 adult couples and a child. Came with plenty of cooking supplies, plates, glasses, and utensils. Despite the description, basic linens and cleaning supplies such as laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, washcloths and soap were provided. Would stay again. About 12 minutes to the USTA National campus for our tennis friends!

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

THIS HOME IS PERFECTION!!! It’s tastefully decorated with PLENTY of room and things to do for everyone (we had 2 adults, 3 teens, and our pups!) Well appointed kitchen, game room, with tvs everywhere (the soundbar is amazing!)! The water pressure in the showers is amazing and everything is spotlessly clean (I am ridiculously OCD about cleanliness!!) The home itself is a breeze to check in and out, and it’s located in a beautiful, well manicured, private and safe residential neighborhood. In my opinion, the home is even better than the listing pics!! But honestly, what made this stay one of the best was the kindness of the hosts. Carlos and Natacha were there to make sure my family was treated…like family, lol!! From inquiring about booking, allowing visitors, and facilitating a last minute late checkout….these hosts exceeded levels of kindness and understanding in their attitude, communication, and attention to detail. This was a top notch experience for our family, & hope to return!

Everything about this home was wonderful! The house is very well kept and extremely clean! We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the fenced in yard for our dog. Definitely would stay here again!

Marlana was such a pleasure to communicate with. Prior to booking, I spoke with her co-host quite a bit. He answered all of my questions. The home had comfortable beds (2 bedrooms with one bed each), a fully functioning kitchen, a nice living room, and an enclosed patio with a beautiful pool. There is hotel travel-size shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. If you need a bigger size like my girls and I do - we have long hair, bring that & body wash along. There were plenty of towels and a washer & dryer too! This was the perfect stay for my daughter's college graduation from SEU. Marlana was so helpful with every message and request. I would definitely rent from her again!

The best location for a trip plan to Disney world . under 28 minutes to the parks

We enjoyed our stay. The pool in the backyard was great. House is beautiful. Kitchen is big. Restricted amount of garbage - 2 bags was difficult as we were a big group. Flexible check in would be nice. Other abnb does it, especially if just 1-2 hours ahead. Overall, we had a great stay and will recommend to family and friends.

Kelley is a great host! This was our second time staying at his bungalow, and it was a pleasure both times. The place is clean, it is in a great location, Kelley is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Great stay for our yearly tournament. The extra living room was perfect for my elderly grandmother and the screened in back porch was great for enjoying outside and behind covered.

Our stay at Mario’s property was hands down amazing. My fiancé and I went with our fur baby and we were so excited that it was a safe and extremely beautiful community with the lake right in the backyard! The house itself was very clean and very easy to check in. Mario was very responsive as we needed last minute accommodation for an additional guest and he had no issue helping us. Parking is right in front of the door with very easy access. Mario and his family additionally leaves a very welcoming binder with any questions people have that helped a lot !

Felt right at home. Cozy stay for a bigger family and a dog! Linens were clean, house was tidy and the dining table with 6 chairs was a plus. We stayed in and cooked our meals, bring your favorite knife and seasonings, but the bare essentials are there. Host was friendly and communicative. Surrounding area was great for walks, even tried the gym. Community pool, Tennis court and sand volleyball available. Overall, a no fuss home-y stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. La villa était très belle et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir avec nos enfants au parc aquatique, au swan boat et au mini golf. Le walmart est à quelques minutes de marche, pour l'épicerie c'était parfait. Nous avons aussi aimé le game room et le bar laitier. L'hôte Octavia a bien répondu rapidement à nos questionnements avant notre arrivée et s'est assuré que tout se passait bien pendant notre séjour. Elle est très gentille. Nous reviendrions sans hésitation dans le futur.

My family go to Orlando at least once a year. This was the first time we brought our doggy “Ralphie” and he enjoyed his 13th Birthday! This house is beautifully decorated and was very spacious! I loved reading the words of affirmation on the walls! The beds were nice to sleep in after a long drive from NY! The showers felt like we were in a nice hotel. The gym, tennis courts and pool is walkable down the street. The view from the backyard was a beautiful lake! The location was within 20-30 minutes of everything we wanted to visit including Disney! Walmart and endless restaurants are within a 5 minutes drive (not including traffic). Most restaurants let us bring our doggy to dine with us! The host was very nice and responsive to our needs including Ralphie. This is definitely one of my top Air BnB we have stayed at! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cozy home.
