This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

Deer Run Equestrian Property with In-ground Pool

Located 7 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). The Deer Run Home, as we call it, is a secluded, quiet and peaceful equestrian property with a delightful amount of wildlife nestled in the foothills of North Carolina. Enjoy this large spacious 2,800 square foot house that was crafted by local artisans and well-appointed with domestic and imported lumber. Relax in our private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool and ignite the charcoal grill to make for a great BBQ day!

This cabin is an entertainers paradise! Tucked away atop a mountain, then down into a private valley setting in apple country, the "Cliffhanger" in the forest is a true gem! Summer swimming in your private outdoor pool with a genuine gemstone feature and night changing LED lights, and landscaped garden with native plants and art. There is one Ring camera pointed up the driveway for safety purposes. Huge wrap around covered porch and large deck and pool to enjoy outdoors.

Lavender Hill-walk to town and saltwater pool

This private two room suite with separate entrance in our one-of-a-kind 1915 cottage is walkable to town and has a saltwater pool and outdoor shower. Enjoy the patio and gardens in peaceful privacy. We'll stoke the firepit for you on cool evenings. The rooms are decorated with period furnishings our own and friends' original art. No pets. We have dogs that are very people friendly, but will NOT tolerate other animals. This adorable cottage has a queen bed, pull out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, shower/tub, washer/dryer, private deck with grill and work space. Area has cycling, hiking, wineries, equestrian center, dining, shopping, art galleries, & movie theater. Historic downtown Tryon, Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure & Carl Sandburg home TIEC home close by.
