Down a nice picturesque country road you will arrive at Hiwassee Acres and our newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom town home. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other with views of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The whole villa has recently been remodeled for your enjoyment. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and the second bathroom. NO CLEANING FEES!

The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer. Winding Road River House

Newly renovated home minutes form the Hiwassee River and Less than 10 miles from the Ocoee. The perfect place to stay for kayaking, tubing and rafting. The Hiwassee also is known for some great Trout fishing. If you are more into riding adventures, the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway are also a close, gorgeous drive away. Plenty of room for boat and motorcycle trailer parking. Or just sit on the large back deck with a beverage and watch the wildlife. Free wifi!

Ayuwasi House at Spring Creek Retreat

This two-story home is located at Spring Creek Retreat surrounded by a native plant meadow, wooded hills, and a white water creek. The name of this house is Ayuwasi House, a Cherokee word that means meadow at the base of a cliff. This house was fully remodeled December 2020-March 2021. It has its own access to the creek.
