Red Barn - Holualoa Inn

This newly-renovated one of a kind spacious guest accommodation is located just a short walk from the Inn overlooking our Malulani Event Pavilion, Great Lawn and the Kona coast. This one bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove top and ice maker, walk-in shower, full bath tub, double sinks, dressing room, huge great room and French doors leading to two lanais. Sleeps 2 comfortably. A twin-size rollaway is available for a 3rd guest with an additional fee.

Ocean View Farm Cabin at Kulaniapia Falls

Our ocean view cabins provide rustic comforts for lone travelers, couples, friends, and groups who want to experience the natural beauty and captivating adventure of off-grid, farm life on the Big Island. As our guest, you also have access to Kulaniapia Falls, the largest privately accessible waterfall in the state of Hawaii, at 120 ft tall, as well as adventures like waterfall rappelling and lava tube exploration. While 100% off the grid, we are also only 15 minutes from town.

Downstairs Barn

A downstairs studio in a converted barn on a small farm set on 5 acres tucked away in trees and shrubs about a mile from the town of Hawi (pronounced Ha-vee). With two entrances, Lalo is "ADA friendly." One access leads to the pool, available on request. It's quiet and secluded. Flowers, citrus, macadamia, and papaya. No roosters on property! We like our quiet.

Upstairs Barn

An upstairs studio apartment in a converted barn on a 5 acre farm set back from the road amidst greenery and privacy. There's scented flowers, citrus, macadamia, calamansi, papaya. The laundry room next to the entrance is shared by the downstairs guests. Access to the pool is available through the owner.
