Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Really lovely self contained accommodation within easy walking distance of town. Had everything we needed for a stay away and Chris was helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again

Daniel’s place at Megavissey was all we had hoped for & more. After a covid cancellation we finally made it to Cornwall & Daniel’s place was a perfect base to tour the south west. A stylish & very comfortable apartment with warm & friendly hosts. We will have fond memories of our stay.

Had a lovely short break here and it was a great base to explore Cornwall. Clean, tidy and well put together this flat has everything you need. We brought our little doggy which was amazing. You can hear the sea from the bedroom, because it’s that close! A lovely sound to wake up to. We will definitely be back.

A charming, friendly and immaculate Cornish village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. A hidden gem! If you like walking you’ll be happy here. The Edgcumbe estate is worth exploring with great refreshments at the orangery. In the other direction the coast path to the Cliff top cafe does great breakfasts and cakes. Also use the Deli in kingsand, this has great coffee and snacks. Various pubs, we liked the Devonport and the Bay. Cawsand ferry to Plymouth reliable. If you like Art visit Alma’s Yard in Plymouth! The views in the apartment are fantastic. It’s a great space to relax. Often had the binoculars out watching the boats. It’s very clean and a bright space, if that’s your thing! The only thing I would present as a problem would be the bed in the main bedroom, it was too small and wasn’t that comfortable. Everything else was perfect! Already looked to book next April but dates aren’t out yet! We will be back, thanks Russell a gorgeous apartment. We loved Cawsand x

Lower Treetop’s was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, clean and warm. An electric blanket had been arranged but we didn’t need it. We loved the kitchen/living room arrangement, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you might need as well as tea, coffee and milk. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The garden is a glorious area in which to sit and relax with a morning cuppa or afternoon/evening glass of wine. St Micheal’s Mount and the sea can be seen from the patio. Tom was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including recommendations of places to visit we would not have otherwise known about. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little apartment to anybody.

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Great place in St Ives, very close to all centre and markets. The place was beautiful and very clean. Geeta was really helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

lovely little apartment tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful area. Iain & Sarah sent precise directions and instructions as soon as we booked. the accommodation was clean and well maintained, very comfortable and felt like a wonderful home away from home. Iain & Sarah were quick to respond to any queries during our stay and were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a relaxing break, or to explore Cornwall from a nice, peaceful base as we did :)

Set in a peaceful quiet location but only minutes away from Penryn and Falmouth. Such a spacious apartment with everything we needed. Super comfy beds and relaxing sofas for the evening. We very much enjoyed the eggs from the chickens and a few leeks from the kitchen garden. Heard owls hooting at night and saw our first swallow of Spring too as well as the gorgeous spring flowers lining the hedgerows nearby.

We had a brief overnight stop and the accommodation had everything we needed. Judith was kind enough to put a pint of milk in the fridge for us. Self check in and self check out. Many thanks Judith for hosting us.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked very last minute when our holiday abroad fell through and loved St Ives and our stay! The flat has everything you need and is only a short walk into town (even if coming back is a bit of a workout). We were blessed with glorious weather and the kids even went sea swimming in April 😁Alison was helpful and responsive.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊
