Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike.
