Quiet split level farm home w/ garage parking

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Delightful and Peaceful 1-Bedroom Farm Cabin

Get away from the craziness of life and come stay in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. This cabin has a full kitchen and dining table, with access to an outdoor patio featuring a grill, picnic table, and pergola. The living area has a leather loveseat and 50" tv to snuggle and watch your favorite movie. The bed is a queen and is located near the bathroom. Whether you're coming to town for a ball game, a college visit, or to visit family and friends, you'll have plenty of space to relax or spend time with loved ones. Located a few blocks from Dordt University and downtown Sioux Center, the Old Town Inn offers a home away from home whatever the reason for your visit.

This Air B&B offers the perfect get-away stay from the rush and stresses of life. Having beautiful views, great privacy, and a farm-like feel, it is a nice oasis to simply relax, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy some pleasurable quiet time. The house has a ton of room and is great for large groups who want to take a short (or long) vacation, soaking up the Nebraska sun.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
