The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

This unit has been nick-named the Green Floor because of the gorgeous emerald green stained concrete floor in the living space. Furniture and decor is modern, beachy, and comfortable all at the same time. The perfect location for your stay in Duck. Right in the heart of downtown Duck, there is no reason to use your car while here! Walking and biking distance to the beach, the sound and the boardwalk, and all great shopping and delicious restaurants Duck has to offer! QUIET HRS 10PM-7AM

Historic Beach Cottage 700ft to ocean #singlestory

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
