It is just a short trip to beaches, cafes, supermarket, bars and shops. We are around 23km drive to Wellington City.

The local village has a couple of cafe and takeaway places. A 5 minute walk to the train station makes it handy to get to events at the Wellington train station and Porirua City Centre is a 10 minute drive away.
