J’ai passé des congés de fin d’année absolument parfaits dans cet appartement ! Dès mon arrivée, l’hôte a été incroyablement accueillant, proactif et toujours réactif à mes besoins. Son professionnalisme n’a d’égal que sa gentillesse et son respect. L’appartement était exactement comme décrit sur les photos : propre, bien entretenu, situé dans un environnement calme et proche des commerces. Mention spéciale à Narcisse, collaborateur de l’hôte, qui a véritablement surpassé mes attentes. Toujours disponible et attentif, il a veillé à ce que mon séjour soit impeccable, même jusqu’à organiser une sortie flexible, ce qui m’a énormément simplifié la vie. En résumé, un service irréprochable et un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mes prochains séjours !

Nice and close to airport

Such an amazing peaceful stay. The house was charming and has full views of the ocean and lagoon from all sides of the house and balcony. There was plenty of space while feeling cozy. My favorite aspect was the large back yard full of beautifully scented flowers and swimming right at the edge of your room also steps from the beach and ocean. Host was super responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again at this exceptional nature water retreat away from the noise and traffic of the city.

Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans l’appartement de Simo. Un hôte qui nous accueil comme si on faisait partie de la même famille ! Des gardiens très agréables aussi en bas de l’immeuble et l’appartement est très bien situé !

Fantastic Stay in a Charming Home! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Simo's Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made my stay extra special. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and Simo was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ready to offer recommendations or assist with anything I needed. Le logement était conforme à la description, bien décoré avec le nécessaire pour y passer un séjour agréable. Il est bien situé, en zone 4, à quelques minutes à pieds d'une boulangerie et à quelques minutes en voiture de deux centres commerciaux. L'entrée se fait par le parking avec la présence de gardien nuit et jour, très courtois. Enfin, concernant l'hôte, Yannick a été depuis le début très réactif et à l'écoute.
