Cozy waterfront home perfect for a couples getaway

Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

It has expansive ocean views in a very tranquil environment that is close to nature and also accessible to many Cape Breton attractions: golf, hiking, skiing, artisan shops, beaches and more. It offers four bedrooms (and an oceanside bunkhouse) and is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The wood stove makes for a cozy retreat in colder months. It is on a two acre property with a private beach, large yard, and two decks.

It is within 10 mins walking distance to everything in town. Boardwalk is directly below the house and Cabot Resort is a 10 min walk away. You cannot beat the location. Home is spacious, bright and includes amazing ocean sunsets off the back deck. You will not be be disappointed with this property.
