Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Accommodating guests is effortless in this spacious property with a kitchen made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms., plus two sofa beds. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Use at own risk! limited access to high deck for space x rocket launch viewing!!! Notice- Fishing Pier and viewing deck are not attached to the property, they are on a shared space walking distance.

One bedroom, one bath with extended Island room. This well decorated unit also includes a sofa sleeper for 2. Fully furnished; The solar screened in porch overlooking the Long Island Village channel allows you sit outside without the worry of mosquitos. Enjoy all the amenities LIV has to offer! Golf course, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor heated pool! LIV does have a one time resort fee of $90 dollars that covers parking passes and access to all amenities that is payed at the front office.
