The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Good size lounge, fully equipped kitchen with large outdoor undercover bbq area. The grass area is great for the kids to play on and the outside pet. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning , wood fire and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. The house is located just minutes walk and drive to the CBD and local beach and restaurants.

Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
