Wonderfull view and... Charme à la française !

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Il est entièrement équipé pour les familles, dispose d’une place de parking privée, d’une terrasse plein sud avec vue, de la climatisation, de moustiquaires. Il est placé au calme, en retrait de la route. Deux des chambres donnent sur des jardins, idéal pour se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux. Idéalement situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage de la réserve et à une dizaine de minutes du tramway.

The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
