En su entorno hay todo tipo de servicios, como supermercados, farmacias.... Si buscas un apartamento especial, sin duda es este. Apartamento con espectaculares vistas sobre Alicante y el mar Mediterráneo. A estrenar, recién reformado, muy luminoso y con fantásticas vistas al mar. Rodeado de servicios como supermercados, panadería, restaurantes, farmacia, para de taxi. Ideal para descansar en sus vacaciones o desplazamientos por trabajo. Muy bien comunicado con el TRAM y las líneas de autobús, con parada en la misma puerta. El aparcamiento en la urbanización no tiene las plazas numeradas.
