Ático con encanto a 30 metros de la playa del Postiguet en Alicante ciudad. Ideal 2 huéspedes. Peculiar decoración, baño privado, terraza exterior ( mini cocina acristalada) vistas al Mediterráneo, Playa del Postiguet.Cama a 2mts de altura (abuhardillado) y sofá cama que se puede preparar previo aviso. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de pescadores (Raval-Roig) y a 5 minutos del centro. Casa original de los años veinte, conserva su encanto, pero con todas comodidades, es un tercero sin ascensor.

55 sqm 100 attic 2 minutes from the port and 7 min. walking to the beach. Great terrace, 2 bedrooms . Completely equipped. Excellent location, 6th floor with elevator, ideal choice who like the vibrant city life mixing with the sea hoilday. Thofa bed is available in the living room sleeping an additional 2 people if required. Estudio funcional y práctico, recientemente reformado en pleno centro histórico de Alicante. (50 metros de la Catedral). Tiene una cama King Size (180x200 cm) y un colchón auxiliar para un tercer acompañante. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para comidas sencillas que no requieran gran preparación. Si tus necesidades son mayores, por favor considera otras opciones diferentes. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie. Tiene aire acondicionado, WIFI , TV ....

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
