Sunny penthouse with southeast orientation, with a large terrace 33m2 and great views to the mountain of Bernia. Located in the town center and less than 200m from the brand new beach and Altea’s beautiful promenade. It is very close to the Health Center, Local Police, Town Hall, TRAM station (Denia-Alicante), bus stop (Alfaz and Benidorm), supermarkets (MERCADONA, MAS Y MAS) and small local businesses in the most commercial street of Altea. Access to the Old Town of Altea is a 15 min walk.

Enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay in an apartment with Nordic touches and modern style, close to all the points of interest in the city of Alicante. The apartment is spacious and renovated so you can feel at home, with a sunny terrace in the mornings and two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Lovely, Huge Apt. Downtown, beach, park*

This is Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. I will pick you up from teh airport for free. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 160 sq.mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like.

Apartamento recién reformado situado en el corazón de Benidorm. Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor con mucha luz, balcón y terraza comunitaria con vistas al centro histórico. Tiene una habitación con cama de matrimonio y sofá chaise longue doble que puede hacerse servir de cama en caso de viajar con niños. La playa se encuentra a 100m. Ubicado cerca de zona de tapeo, restaurantes y comercio, el mercado municipal se encuentra a 3min del apartamento.Alojamiento ideal para parejas.

Nuestro apartamento Sol y Playa se encuentra en segunda línea del mar en la Playa San Juan , con mucha luz , todo exterior, muy bien situado. Amplia terraza. Piscina. Campo de fútbol . Juegos para niños .Parking . Es un lugar privilegiado para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en la playa , con grandes posibilidades de ocio . Parada de autobús y tranvía en la puerta. Situado cerca de Restaurantes y supermercados .

Fantastic house near the sea!

Lovely home with terrace. 2 car garage. Any additional / cot beds. Attractions: Playa Muchavista (next to Playa San Juan) just 5 minutes walk, tram and bus just minutes less than 1 minute. Supermarkets, restaurants and health center. Water Activities, coastal towns to visit amusement parks in Benidorm and the city within half an hour by tram!). You'll love my house because it is comfortable and clean :-)

Auténtico loft en San Juan de Alicante, a 5 minutos de la playa de San Juan, 10 minutos de la ciudad de Alicante y 20 minutos de Benidorm. Sofá cama de 1,80m, amplio armario y conexión wifi. Este fantástico alojamiento está cerca de todos los servicios necesarios como bares, supermercados, restaurantes, heladerías, a pocos pasos del hospital de San Juan y a tan solo 2,6km de la playa.
