Die einzigartige Lage auf einem 50 Meter hohen Felsplateau in erster Meereslinie vermittelt ein Gefühl von Freiheit und bietet zugleich Ruhe und Entspannung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag.

La Casa Dolce est une magnifique maison offrant une vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil, située sur la côte sud de Minorque. Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison en 2026. Nous y avons ajouté une nouvelle piscine, une terrasse surélevée avec vue sur la mer d'où vous pourrez admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil de Majorque et de Minorque, un espace pergola pour les dîners d'été, un coin barbecue idéal pour les amateurs de grillades, ainsi qu'un espace avec des chaises longues.

La nuovissima dependance di Casa Milos, che riserviamo preferibilmente ad ospiti adulti, è situata all’interno del giardino della nostra proprietà che si trova a pochi metri dal mare, lungo la costa sud dell’isola. La vista del mare, con l’isola dell’Aire e il suo faro davanti a noi, e la tranquillità sono ciò che più caratterizza questo luogo di pace. Le ampie vetrate, presenti in ogni ambiente, danno luce a tutta la casa, consentendo di godere della bellissima vista del mare.

The cherry to the cake, is the delightful terrace, at the top of the house.

Independent studio part of a set of three buildings. Below the main house you will discover our studio on the ground floor on the swimming pool with its hammam, its swimming pool and its bathroom. Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.
