Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The pictures looked nice, but there were little things that really stand out that don’t do it justice. We were thrilled to have our own private pool, fire pit and cabana to relax with our family. The owners are very friendly and respond promptly. The entire property is neat and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly what we needed—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together. Every space felt intentional, from the common areas where we gathered, to the quiet corners for relaxing. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a space that truly feels like a home. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well it matched our preferences. The location was amazing offering the quiet street with a quick minute walk right to the shoreline! Perfect location! Stores within walking distance or short drive away. Beach was peaceful and beautiful! Quiet area with great sea food nearby. Nice thoughtful touches were included, such as dishwasher and laundry pods, a well stocked kitchen with olive oil and an ice machine. We loved our time at NSB!

The Golden Lotus - Pool Oasis!

The house itself is beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. The area was quiet and very easy to get to. Lauren was helpful in every step of our stay, and had the answers for any questions we had. Will definitely be looking into booking this house again!

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

This place was everything and more! It smelled amazing and was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Only thing I wish it had was some fans, we are fan sleepers lol but other than that everything was just amazing, beds were comfortable, heated pool was an absolute favorite with the kids. The kids had a lot of fun catching the lizards in the back yard. It was close to everything ! Would recommend!

Property is beautiful during the day, and even better at night with the lit pathways and ambient lighting all around. Everything is fully stocked, linens are crisp, and there is plenty of privacy. Perfect for bird watching, too!
