The Seaside Charm House was delightful. Set in a quiet, leafy street of Balnarring, it is great for walks and proximate to cafes, restaurants, Balnarring Beach (a short drive) and on to beautiful Flinders and Shoreham. Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Our second time staying at Rebecca’s lovely place in Shoreham. Such a cosy, homely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

A very pleasant stay. Great property with options to eat inside, in the backyard or on the verandah. Amenities were outstanding with fully equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable beds and cosy loungeroom with big screen TV with Netflix. Also a number of heating options available. Quet location only 5 minutes drive to central Cowes. Owner was also very helpful and responsive. Well worth the stay

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Fantastic warm welcoming but still quiet. Great drive way access for a small boat or tinnie. Our dogs were welcome and so were we. Thank you for our great weekend getaway. We hope you will have us back. Kindest regards Pat

This place was perfect for me and my cat. It was quiet and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and shops. It had a relaxed feel and perfect for singles, couples and families. Ticks all the boxes. Thank you for a fantastic stay, I will sing its praises xo

A really easy place to stay. Outdoor area was a real bonus. Great backyard for the dog. There were unexpected bonuses that weren’t listed - such as Netflix, DVDs and quite a few games. Matt was a great communicator and made everything easy.

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

we had an amazing weekend here with our little doggies. the place is comfortable and peaceful and so close to some amazing coastal walks. highly recommend it.

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
