We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.
