Beautiful house. Well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Close to the pool and hot tub which was so nice for the little kids. We loved everything about this house. Definitely recommend.

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our girls’ trip. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had perfect weather and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only complaint there was we didn’t have a great place to put the food we bought. The panty to the house is locked and the cabinets are filled. All of our food had to sit on the counter. The pool and beach were both great. We just had a hard time with the gate codes. Some of the codes we were given had “expired” according to the security officer at one of the pools. However, we seemed to not be the only guests that had that issue. The beach equipment was a nice touch but a few things need to be replaced. One of our friends sat in a chair and it reclined all the way to the sand. The cart will also not make it through the sand dunes. So plan that accordingly. But, there are PLENTY of beach towels. 👍🏻

This place was amazing! Perfect for our extended family vacation with a total of 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids). The place was clean and beautiful. Having the pool right out the back door was ideal. Super short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach that felt secluded. Definitely worth the cost to heat the pool in March. Only minor complaints are the finicky door alarm for the pool, minimal throw blankets available around the couch, and no provided baby gear (pack and play/baby gate/high chair). We will likely be back! Marissa is very responsive and helpful with all questions and the check in/ check out process is clear. You are about 15 mins from the state park at the end of the cape and 15 minutes from downtown port saint joe. The complex has private pickle ball courts and there is a nice park right across the street that you can ride bikes to. Great little area to vacation and great place to stay!

We will definitely be back to Rich’s place. The pool was fantastic. There is a bar right next door that places live music at night so if you want a quiet place Friday and Saturday night got pretty loud. Def, take a noise machine. We loved the vibe though and our kids loved the pool. There is not a child safety lock on the door that goes out to the pool so toddler/kid mom’s be aware. The door locks of course but you know how fast things happen. I felt the need to leave this in my review. Lots of area to walk around!! I hated leaving the stroller at home. Lots of food close by. Great place for adults to hang or a family!

Amazing location! Short distance to the beach and across the road we could put in our kayaks. Will definitely be back to this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanca. We had every possible amenity waiting for us, the home was in perfect condition, clean and well appointed. I had inquired with Lourdes about golf cart rentals and she recommended a local company that was excellent - reasonably priced and provided great service. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable and our preteeen girls loved the loft area upstairs, their own private space complete with cute spiral staircase. Adorable decor, gorgeous outdoor spaces, easy access to beautiful beaches, it was a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

Amazing location. We always love Mexico beach.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. We appreciated the elevator, very functional kitchen, balcony with patio furniture and the clean pool and surrounding grounds. We love that we didn’t hear or see the traffic from our balcony, though the traffic in Mexico Beach is minimal compared to other parts of Florida. Mexico Beach is truly the best kept secret in the state of Florida. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a great time. Owners responded immediately when we had questions and were very helpful. Check in and out process was easy. Highly recommend. Will be our go to place from now on.
