The home was so very nice. It was very spacious and had so many areas to hang out in. The outdoor sitting areas was so relaxing. Thankfully the weather was nice and we were able to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the very peaceful neighbor hood. There was a sitting area in the backyard - which while we didn’t use it, was very nice. My son couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. He said it was so relaxing! The beds were super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice as well. We had my husband’s parents with us - who are over 80 and having a first floor bedroom was wonderful. We like to cook and had pretty much everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. The table in the dining room easily fit all eight in our group because the table had a leaf in it! The kitchen was spacious and allowed everyone to participate in food prep without feeling like you were walking on top of each other. I would definitely stay at this home again.

The new location where we stayed in the Ohio area where we were visiting was fabulous. Lee was very gracious to allow us to stay there, even though she wasn’t quite ready to have her home available to visitors. We did not need to communicate with Kellie as Lee was right there on the property and was available as needed.

We had a great stay while taking a quick trip to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the home had a unique combination of older home quality/charm and modern amenities, including an amazing master bath suite. We made great use of the fire pit in the back, which has wood provided on hand. The surrounding community was peaceful, but had ready access to all stores, restaurants, etc., that you'd want in the area.

House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of snacks and and beverages, which was nice. The owner had a large carton of fresh eggs waiting for us when we arrived. Full size truck and 19' bass boat fit easily in the driveway with electric access a few feet away. TVs are older and not many viewing options. House uses well water and there is an odor.

What a delight! I booked the place for the pool, and it did not disappoint. Natasha had set the water temperature appropriately for my comfort level - nothing worse than either freezing or burning up on a relaxing water getaway. The hot tub was also an exquisite relaxing experience. The decor of the house is funky fabulous, and I loved simply visually soaking up the flavors. A complimentary bar? Who offers that?!? And don't forget to reach out ahead of time for the Hookah experience. It was everything! And finally on to Stark, the cat. I had trepidation because I am highly allergic. Stark hangs around, but is not bothersome in the least unless, I assume, you want him to be. He's gorgeous and intriguing, so I loved his company from a distance - and the place is so clean and Stark so well-behaved (meaning not rubbing against me or invading my space) that I had no allergic reaction whatsoever. He was a welcome companion. EXCEPTIONAL RESPONSIVE PROACTIVE FRIENDLY HOSTS.

This is a gem of a home! Our group was able to spend quality time together during a week of celebrating a wedding. This home has everything you could need and is very private, quiet, and feels very safe! Alise responded immediately when we would reach out with questions. Would highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly peaceful—surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pond and woods right on the property. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying coffee with a view of the water was a real treat. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts put care into making it a welcoming space. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a quiet, scenic setting!

It was another great stay at Ruth's place. Our 3rd year there and have already booked another stay. Nice place and Ruth is great to deal with and always a friendl host that makes you feel right at home!

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

This home is comfortable and has a wonderful fully covered front porch that is perfect to sit in morning with coffee and sit in the evening with a drink and watch the college town come alive. we will stay again and again if available whenever we are in Kent! Thanks Team!

Our guy's weekend was great fun, thanks to the quiet and clean rental. We appreciated the hot tub and games, as well as the prompt and courteous communication from the hosts. When our coffee machine wouldn't turn on, they were there with a replacement remarkably fast, despite our finding a work around with the kettle. The small things make stays great - and we appreciated our hosts!

More beautiful than the pictures show, I thoroughly enjoyed this house. Decor was beautiful mid-century/shaker style, which I personally love. Spotless. The house was exceptionally well designed imo, great work triangle in the kitchen, the small bathroom was well thought out for functionality and there were lots of hang out spaces which all felt cozy and inviting. The backyard was private with a great view out over the hillside. Usually you can’t find private and a great view together. The neighborhood was exceptional, every home on the street was on a large parcel which added to the privacy of the home. I would highly recommend Sycamore house as a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed in many beautiful vacation homes that were fine as vacation homes but you wouldn’t want to live in. This is a home that would love to live in. I was in town doing some wedding planning with my daughter who lives in Garrettsville, I hope to stay here again in the future.

A maioria com televisão. As roupas de camas impecáveis e limpas e em muita quantidade. A cozinha também é ótima. possui uma excelente geladeira, micro-ondas grande, forno e fogão muito bons. Cozinhei quase todos os dias. Recebi a casa muito limpa. O check-in com o teclado eletrônico funcionou perfeitamente. A localização também é muito boa. Apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. Íamos caminhando por ruas planas. Marcus, o anfitrião, foi muito gentil e atencioso. Ele deixou nas mesa de centro da sala uma linda cesta chocolates para nos receber. E também deixou uma boa quantidade de água mineral na cozinha. Eu fiquei hospedada nessa casa 24 dias . Foi um verdadeiro lar para mim. E para completar a perfeita estadia é possível ver esquilos pretos passeando pelas árvores e veados andando pelo quintal .

This was such a great place to stay, close to all the hiking we wanted to do and very comfortable and spacious. Loved having coffee in the morning and watching the birds through the big picture windows. Will be hopefully staying here again soon!
