'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

The house is boho-chic in nature, with stunning, sweeping views of the bay. Redecorated and refurbished during Q1 2025. It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands, new beds, new sofas, new chairs. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Atlantic Ocean View A three bedroomed house with private parking on your door step. Close to wonderful beaches and amenities. Beautiful countryside, just a 10 minute walk from the coast path and moorland. Relaxing rear garden with a picnic table and further seating that faces West towards the ocean. A small front garden. Quiet, residential cul de sac, a private drive and easy access to pubs, shops, etc. We are close to Sennen, Lands End, Porthcurno, St Ives, Penzance and Mousehole.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, only a few minutes walk from Porthpean beach. Once the Post Office to a private estate, the house now offers incredible volume, space and breathtaking views over St Austell bay. The house is ideally located for many of Cornwalls attractions - The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Helligan, and Charlestown. The popular towns of Fowey, Mevagissey, Looe, Truro, Padstow, Newquay and Port Isaac are 40 minutes drive.
