Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

First time booking , what can I say from start to finish a wonderful host and amazing property. Simon was so informative about all our requests and advice regarding his property, location and amenities. The property itself was spotless , quiet and had everything we needed. Didn't want to leave if I'm honest. The whole experience was 10/10 and I've never slept so soundly. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable .

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

The cottage was cosy, quiet and comfy. Everything we needed and a co op and morrisons not too far away but still felt in the sticks 😍 it was a lovely stay. My son wanted to see waterfalls and that we did. Also went on a steam train and went to the beach. would totally recommend. Caroline was very helpful and responsive.

The view from the property was the best view of any place we have previously stayed in in Aber. Esme was so helpful and allowed us to check in early despite short notice and even offered to help in regard to storing our buffet food for our wedding. We had lots to tidy up after the wedding and Esme was extremely patient and understanding even when we checked out a little late. I would highly recommend this house, it made our special day even more special.

Fantastic 2nd stay away from everything in this amazing place. Went with a couple of friends for my birthday and our 3 dogs who never stopped running around all weekend. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. Our car made it down the track no problem. We had a bit of wheel spin on the way back up but nothing major. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and found it easy to get around the cottage downstairs and the bathroom. We managed to get up to the top of the hill too. All in all an amazing stay thank you

We stayed at Ann’s for a weekend hiking in Snowdonia. The place is well equipped and really spacious, perfect for a few nights stay. The beach is very nice and only about 100 yards from the door, so plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sea view. An ideal location with plenty of nice hikes within 30-45 mins drive. Ann is super responsive and friendly and was really flexible with our checkout time. I’d highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Haydn’s place for a couple nights, we arrived from Liverpool a few hours early and Haydn allowed us a early which was very helpful. The Flat was great, spotless throughout and we felt right at home. Some lovely restaurants nearby and about a 25 minute walk into Llandudno Pier. Would definitely recommend this Flat, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in.

Great place to stay, right on the doorstep of the town. Ideal for couples or families to enjoy a break away in this Victorian town. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and Alan to family, friends or even returning again for another stay. Thank you Alan and family.

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place. It was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Jon was very responsive and sent great instructions. The location is great for exploring North Wales, and walking distance from the pier and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulous property tastefully decorated and well equipped. The shower was great, the central heating/running hot water perfect, and the beds and armchairs comfortable. The area is quiet, not much to do around the flat, but that's why it was quiet and that is what we needed. We have stayed in many rented accommodations over the years, up and down the country, this is one of the best we've ever been in, and would love to come back again! Thank you Lauren...

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

Great stay with friends at this lovely apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and for exploring North West Wales. Apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good base in the area.
