'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

The house is boho-chic in nature, with stunning, sweeping views of the bay. Redecorated and refurbished during Q1 2025. It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands, new beds, new sofas, new chairs. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV, Alexa, Sonos. We are only 200yrds from the South West Coastal Path, beach is 2-3 minutes

Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Tides Reach - Lovely beach house 100 from beach

Lovely seaside beach house only 100 meters level walk to the stunning beach at Polzeath on the North Cornish Coast. Outside there is a sunny seating and dining area and private parking . Tides Reach can be booked together with Waves End next door to sleep 8 persons. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Spend romantic evenings in one of the local restaurants watching the sun set over the ocean. The perfect getaway for families & couples. Sorry no pets.

Barefoot Beach House - St Ives

Barefoot Beach House is all about location, style, atmosphere and relaxing. Fantastically situated in a quiet road in the heart of the old fishing quarter next to the Island, yet a stone’s throw to Porthgwidden, Porthmeor and Harbour Beaches as well as local shops, galleries, pubs, cafes and numerous restaurants. This truly is a perfect location and from home to home. We will accept a well behaved dog, please note this is an upside down house!
