We loved our stay at Anna's place! It's so serene and we really enjoyed how comfortable and thoughtfully appointed it was. The beds are great, the view is magnificent and the community never disappoints. We'll definitely be back!

The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spot for 4 of us to take a surf trip. Plenty of space and a great view.

Thelma’s place was clean, easy to find and had all the amenities. It also had stores nearby at walkable distance which was a plus for us. Definitely recommend it!

Alexei is the host with the most! By far the most helpful generous Airbnb host I have ever encountered. The home itself is wonderful, comfortable, and clean. I immensely enjoyed the colorful happy home! We loved sitting outside with the gas fire pit, watching the sunset and the waves. Gaviotas as a community has a ton of rules though so read them over prior to booking to ensure all aligns with your needs.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

Had such a peaceful time here! Quiet, clean, gorgeous view. Super fast wifi was amazing for work! And my favorite part is being able to hear the ocean all day and night. Will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay. House very clean and smell good. Just wish the upstairs deck had a fire pit and lounge furniture. The view is nice. There is also a restaurant and store you will have to drive up to the end to find it.

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

My family had a blast during our stay. It was cozy and we felt like at home. Check-in was fast and easy. The grounds keeper was nice and so helpful. Martha was also attentive and helpful with answering questions. We wouldn't mind staying there again!

This is my second time staying at this condo! I love the location and the scenery is a must. The building staff and security are very nice and helpful as well. The condo is close to downtown and it is easy to get taxis in this location. I definitely recommend staying here.

loved the place! The kitchen was beautiful as well as the bathroom. Easy access to the pool since it was located right on the first floor. All my guests loved how spacious it was. Will definitely come again. Maribel was also really responsive towards any questions I had and very accommodating 10/10!
