Magnifico piso en urbanización con piscina y con salida directa al paseo marítimo de la playa de Santa Eulalia. Piso con salón-comedor con cocina incorporada y salida a terraza, 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. En la parte de arriba una terraza propiedad del alojamiento y de uso exclusivo de 100 m. con espectaculares vistas, barbacoa, pérgola, mesa y tumbonas. La vivienda cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Se encuentra totalmente equipada con toallas y sabanas y menaje de primera calidad.

Appartement dans le centre de Portinatx, il est situé dans une résidence calme nommée Puerto Blanco, à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces (3min à pieds). Situé au 1er étage, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double ainsi qu'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon (vue mer depuis le salon). La salle de bains a une douche à l'italienne, plan vasque et WC. La terrasse sur le toit de 45m2 est privative. Elle dispose d'une table et banquette face à la mer. C'est un vrai havre de paix.

Very nice refurbished apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 complete kitchen and cozy and comfortable seating and relaxing area, located inside the old town near the Dalt Vila entrance in a very nice and sunny street, with an amazing terrace in an historical building, which respects its façade and all its details, even having recovered and traited part of its historical floors as “flooring carpets”.
