Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. A unique private cosy quiet pad with privacy and independence. Only 3 mins walk to the river and sea, 2 mins to a 500yr old pub 'The Jolly Sailor' and a great local shop selling excellent food etc. Looe is friendly happy and a safe place with great beaches and loads to do! I have quite allot of rescue animals on the property (dog, chickens, an avary a macaw called Babes with a slight attitude problem :) (She is in the house with me) they are mostly quiet but obviously they make some noise.

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
