Die Finca in Son Prohens bietet Erholung pur! Sie ist in sanfte Hügel gebettet mit Blick auf den Berg San Salvador, ein Haus in der Natur, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden gelegen. Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Herrliche Strände, wie der Naturstrand Es Trenc, sind schnell erreichbar. Die Finca wurde von THE EAZEY und Ambiente Baleares umgebaut.

Acogedora casa situada en un tranquilo barrio residencial de Porto Cristo, Mallorca. A 100 metros de la playa. La casa tiene unos 80 metros cuadrados, cuenta con cocina, baño, salón, terraza y dos habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones dan a la calle, lo que proporciona mucha luz natural. La casa tiene una capacidad para 4 personas, y además podemos proporcionarle una minicuna para su bebe. Cerca de la casa encontrara restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, las cuevas del Hams y del Drach.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Cala Serena, regio Cala d'Or In het zuidoosten van het eiland, op 50 minuten van de luchthaven van Palma. Charmant huis in typische Ibiza-stijl met uitzicht op zee, op 5 minuten lopen van het strand, in een privé-urbanisatie op een klif aan het water. Het huis bestaat uit een woonkamer, een kleine keuken, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De slaapkamer boven is op een mezzanine en heeft een ontspanningsruimte. Er zijn 3 terrassen en gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
