The house has a renew bathroom with tub and separate toilet and shower. The house has wi-fi and AC and a parking. For the nice evenings you have a beautiful terrace with a view on town.

Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Carla je preko 100 let stara kamnita istrska hiša z udobjem sedanjega časa. Nahaja se na mirni lokaciji, v naravi ob vinogradu, le 5km od mesta Koper. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!
