An ideal location for exploring the area, the independent and private bedroom is set in a rural garden of olive trees, mandarins, almonds, grapes, and figs, surrounded by nature with mountain views of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in Portugal. In the old part of the farm you find this cozy little home with private terrace looking out over the back part of the organic citrus orchard. When you come in, you are drawn outside where you look out over the orchard. Here you can cook outside or zip on your cold beer at the bar. Inside you'll find a colourful bathroom with rain shower, a comfortable bed, climate controle, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In summer, the sun setting will peak trough the trees on your terrace.

The beach is within walking distance, but a car is recommended to the surrounding area.

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.
