Would definitely recommend. Lovely quiet and peaceful area close to the lakes. Short walk to the tram and only 15 minutes from the centre of Poznan. The accomodation was perfect and equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. Lovely and warm inside despite it being below minus -10° for the majority of our stay. Alexandra and Ewa were perfect hosts. Thank you for having us stay in your lovely home. Hope to visit again one day.

Such a lovely apartment in a more rural area of Poznań! We spontaneously decided to spend the night there and that was no problem at all. Krzysztof was a really flexible and very friendly host, we definetely recommend staying here. The apartment was really clean with very comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The free parking spot was also a big advantage and it is quiet easy to get to the city center by bus or tram. Definetely worth the money!

Piękne mieszkanie, przestronne i funkcjonalne, w pełni wyposażone, gwarancja spojnego wypoczynku w otoczeniu bujnych roślin doniczkowych, dodatkowo prawdziwy raj dla miłośników książek i gier planszowych. Wspaniały kontakt z gospodynią na każdym etapie pobytu. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, niedaleko Starego Rynku, dworca, galerii oraz wszelkich innych punktów usługowych.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, mieszkanie duże, czyste, w spokojnej okolicy z dobrym dojazdem do centrum. Świetna komunikacja z właścicielką.

Na citybreak miejsce bardzo przyjemne, kontakt bezproblemowy. W przystępnej cenie.

Très bon week-end dans ce logement ! Très propre et très bien situé. Tout ce qu’il faut. Seul point négatif : l’isolation sonore (on entend les voisins, les gens qui montent les escaliers…) et l’eau chaude qui ne faisait que de se couper lorsqu’on utilisait la douche. Sinon parfait !

Bardzo czyste, jasne, przytulne i stylowe mieszkanie w centrum miasta, w pobliżu Starego Browaru i Starego Miasta. Istnieje płatny parking z 8-20 w pobliżu domu wzdłuż ulicy lub można zorganizować podziemny parking z właścicielem. Łatwe samodzielne wejście i wyjście z mieszkania. Mieszkanie ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, miły bonus dla amatorów kawy - mały ekspres do kawy)) jest też taras z pięknym widokiem i zamknięty dziedziniec z placem zabaw. Polecam!)

We were a group of four: 2 adults, 1 eight year old, and a large dog. We had lots of space and despite the city location with a tram rolling by, the place offers quiet sleeping. The neighbours in the apartment building were also quiet. I enjoyed the espresso machine and nearby green spaces to walk our hound. Playgrounds were also close by on the way to the old town. Great restaurants too!

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Es ist alles super sauber und das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet! Die Lage war für uns als Familie auch wirklich perfekt, da in der direkten Umgebung ein großer Park mit Spielplätzen und einem See ist. In die Innenstadt, zum alten Markt sind es zu Fuß circa 25 Minuten, also wirklich sehr gut machbar. Alternativ kann man natürlich auch mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Wir können das Apartment absolut empfehlen und freuen uns bald wieder hin zu reisen !

Fantastyczny gospodarz zarażający dobrą energią. Mieszkanie piękne, stylowe i zadbane, osiedle czyste i schludne, wspaniała lokalizacja, dzięki której nie musiałyśmy wyjeżdżać z garażu przez cały pobyt. Polecam ❤️

Beautiful building, and expertly decorated. I stayed here 3 times, and enjoyed it the whole stay. The location is perfect; very close to Powiejska, Wolności Plac, and the Stary Rynek. Everything was clean. And all the amenities needed to live comfortably were provided. The hosts were very helpful with any needs or concerns, and always provided quick and helpful responses. Would love to stay again!

Cozy and modern apartment in calm surroundings, rented from a communicative and flexible host. Opportunity to buy extra parking spot in underground garage welcomed and utilized. Very clean flat equipped with all what you need for your stay (especially the full kitchen with extra tea/coffee appreciated). The location not in core centre, so if you dont mind and you are OK to stay in more calm environment (like was our case), definitely recommendable!

The best apartment and the best host I stayed at in Poland! The flat is much bigger and spacious than it looks on the pictures. The central location is perfect as it’s very close to the city centre but yet a little bit outside noisy streets. Piotr was super helpful and his fast reaction is outstanding. He’s managed to fix the door locking mechanism within one day on Sunday. Truly amazing host!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, tout près du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique, tout en étant incroyablement calme. Il est très bien équipé, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment confortable et agréable. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles et réactifs, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ich kann mich allen positiven Bewertungen, die bisher abgegeben worden sind, anschließen. ich habe schon in vielen schönen Airbnb Unterkünften übernachtet, aber die Unterkunft von Kinga gehört zu denen , an die ich mich besonders gerne erinnern werde. herrlich ruhig, sehr gut gelegen um Poznan zu entdecken, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Kinga, wunderbare Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung.
