Mooi ruim, comfortabel appartement van 75m2 met airconditioning en een fantastisch uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan en de bergen. Terras zowel vooraan als opzij. De compleet uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een grote ijskast, afwasmachine, wasmachine, 4 pits inductieplaat, oven, koffiezetapparaat enz. Een zeer ruime slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed. De moderne badkamer heeft een inloopdouche, wastafel, toilet en vloerverwarming voor de winter. Er is een afgesloten parkeergelegenheid.

Cozy Studio Flat - Historic Centre

Very centrally located studio flat, in the heart of Lagos, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and the great Lagos night life. A huge terrace with sunshine all year roond. Suitable for young people, as in the months of May, June, July, Aug., Setp. and October gets very lively, not appropriate for those seeking for a quiet time. Earplugs are recommendable. The studio is on a 3rd floor of an ordinary 35 years old building. You will be miggling with the locals.

Welcome to our brand new renovated minimal and sunny flat in a great neighborhood of Lagos just a few minutes from the most amazing beaches. If you are looking for a modern place to stay, that is also clean and comfy, this is it! You will find local and high quality supermarkets with great variety of fruits & vegetables and local & veggie restaurants. Tennis courts are just around the corner.
