This was such a BEAUTIFUL Place. Serene, peaceful, relaxing! Loved the view! Really couldn't get much better! It wasnt easy to get in lake at that point but there is a cute beach area where you can swim if that what you desire. About a 1/4 mile towards Cheboygan. The fire pit and out door seating was amazing!

I had a fabulous week at Lauron’s. Not only was the location right on the lake beautiful and peaceful, but the cottage was comfortable and welcoming. There were so many wonderful touches and amenities in case I had forgotten something and I slept like a rock in the bed and while I napped on the couch. Cannot recommend this cottage enough. Thank you, Lauron!

All I can say is AMAZING!!! The house was spotless!! There was everything you could think of already there, from extra bedding, toiletries, fans, kitchen supplies!! The setting was beautiful! Very quiet and very comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend for a family stay!

We stayed at the J and J house for a local wedding. Mary was amazing and accommodated some special requests for us. She had very responsive communication and was super proactive. The house was everything in the description and more. It is super charming, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. We would recommend you stay there without any hesitation. We will be back next time we are in the Rodger’s city area!

Mitch was an absolute amazing host and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for an Ice fishing trip! If you love to fish and need a heated garage this is the place for you!

we had a great time at the house and had alot of fun rock hunting at the beaches around the area, the recommendations were great from the owners. The museums were well priced and informative of the area and it's history.

Stayed in Cabin #5 on the end which included a semi-private beach area. It has a large open living area w/full kitchen. Includes a full bath with 2 bedrooms and a portable A/C unit in the living area. The Cable/Satellite TV worked great; however, the cell service was spotty in the area. There was also a gas grill for guests to use, which was a nice feature. I really enjoyed the taking in the views of Grand Lake and would definitely like to come back again for another visit! Great little location. Five cabins together plus spaces for RVs to hookup. Firepit in the middle is a great spot for several people to get together around a fire at night. Very easy to get to. Space inside was very clean and stocked for our needs. It is best suited for 2 people as they are small cabins but very cozy. It's a great spot if you have multiple people in a group travelling together as you can get multiple cabins together and it's across the street from the lake. Will use again next year!

Stayed in Unit #7 at the Motel which included a kitchenette for cooking light meals. The cable/satellite TV and Wi-Fi worked great; however, the cell service was spotty in the area. The resort sits right on Grand Lake, a beautiful setting behind a row of private cabins and offers a nice view of the Lake. Rental includes guest access to the common beach area. Loraine was very accommodating and helpful with explaining the amenities available. I will definitely consider staying there again!

They where so accommodating and quick with response. We even left our linens and they provided brand new ones right away we didn’t even have to wait long. They where both great and the view is amazing

Absolutely loved our stay here! Even though there are other cabins with guests it was really peaceful and quiet. Our dogs loved playing in the water and there was a big area for them to run around. Great recommendation to go walk around at the lighthouse. Will definitely be returning again ❤️💯

We had an amazing stay at the Man Cave and we enjoyed our girls weekend very much. The walk to the lake was easy and the private lakefront property and amenities made this trip WELL worth it

The location was beautiful, very quiet. We stayed during peak fall foliage season, and the sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. The accommodations were as expected. I envisioned it as similar to summer camp or a stay at a state park lodge, where you bring your own linens, towels and toiletries, but there was a full kitchen and serviceable bathroom. The shower was a bit tiny for my husband and the bedrooms did not have doors, which was fine for my family, but might have been awkward if we had gone with another couple. I was happy to find a place that accommodated dogs and the scenery really was amazing. We saw deer in the yard on multiple days, and we saw an adorable baby deer bedded down in the woods behind the house.
