Fitted with an inverter, battery backup and solar panels This gem of a house sits overlooking the 6th at one of South Africa's finest golf courses, with a beautiful view of the dam and distant forest. A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

Kwakumba

A unique, spacious and stylish home, with a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and bar area. Sit back and relax in the back garden with large pool and fit pit. Three bedrooms are located on the same level as the open plan area, with one loft bedroom up the stairs over looking the lounge area. Two bedrooms have king size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the loft room. Suitable for 4 adults and 4 children.

The Golf House

Located in a peaceful part of Prince's Grant with magnificent views over lagoon and Indian Ocean. The house is designed to enjoy this view with folding windows and patios, which allows through flow of air to keep the house cool in summer. Private swimming pool in the enclosed garden area. Air conditioning in the open plan living area. All bedrooms are ensuite with showers. The master bedroom also has a bath. There is a guest toilet. The house has both gas and charcoal braais on the dining patio.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This family holiday home is located within Princes Grant Golf Estate and is great for families with kids and larger groups. The house overlooks the golf course. Guests have unlimited access to the entire property, public swimming pools and surrounding garden and walkways. One all-weather tennis court and a squash court are available for use by all. The Main Lodge and Clubhouse offers a restaurant, bar, lounge and outdoor covered patio.
