Vakantiewoningen in een villa in Procchio

L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, ampio, con cucina super attrezzata, posizionato in una zona tranquilla, con una splendida vista sulla baia di Procchio. Spazi sia interni che esterni adatta ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli come la nostra. Situato in un punto strategico e ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle dell’Isola d’Elba. Elisa, la padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile!

Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento è in posizione tranquilla e ombreggiata e questo permette anche nella calura estiva di sfruttare pienamente il giardino, equipaggiato di tavolo grande, sedie, sdraio, barbecue e doccia, tutto ad uso esclusivo. L'interno è moderno e dotato di molti comfort tra cui lavastoviglie e macchina caffè Nespresso. È presente anche una lavatrice in condivisione con l'altro appartamento. In 10 min a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Campo all'Aia, e volendo Riccardo mette anche a disposizione delle biciclette per muoversi più comodamente. Host amichevole, molto presente e disponibile. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

La casa è molto bella e immersa nel verde dello splendido giardino della proprietà che, oltre a garantire zone d’ombra per tutto l’arco della giornata, offre la giusta privacy dalle abitazioni vicine. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti circa. Laura si è rivelata una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile.

la casa si presenta bene, molto spasiziosa e luminosa. il giardino è molto grande,c e un barbecue a carbonella , una doccia esterna e una bellissima terrazza con 2 lettini e un tavolo grande dove noi abbiamo sempre mangiato. la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. ci vorrebbe un piccolo microonde ma nel complesso tutto perfetto .la signora è molto gentile e risponde subito. in zona minimarket con un po di tutto ma un po caro ma comunque girando ci sono tanti supermercati a prezzi accessibili. le spiaggie (lacona con sabbia ma a mio avviso caotica e l altra di margidore con sassolini ma molto più tranquilla e riparata) distano 6/700 metri e se avete bambini è una bella camminata considerando borse etc.. ma comunque fattibile. tutte e 2 hanno spiaggia libera e attrezzata con ristorante e bar. lo consiglio sicuramente!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and have spent 2 weeks in the house. It was a very pleasant vacation for us. The house is very functional, clean, and has its own character. The terrasse is very nice and has a wonderful view. Most importantly the communication with the host was smooth - she helped us a lot with giving useful advice about the region and was very nice and proactive. Thank you

Edoardo und seine Familie waren äußerst freundliche, angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft! Man ist in drei Minuten (zu Fuß!) an einen wunderschönen Strand. Man konnte Edoardo alles fragen und er war stets sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Die Umgebung ist malerisch, man blickt von der eigenen Terrasse aufs Meer und die Bucht von Procchio. Umbertos Eltern wohnen direkt nebenan und kümmern sich rührend! Wir wurden immer wieder mit Kleinigkeiten versorgt und abends auf Wein und Käse eingeladen. Die Küche ist knapp bemessen und hat keinen Backofen, das reichte für unsere Zwecke aber völlig aus. Wir haben dort zwei Wochen ohne Auto verbracht, man kann den Bus in unter 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichen und den ersten Badestrand in 20 Minuten. Die Haltestelle liegt ca. 30 Höhenmeter und das Wasser 60 Höhenmeter tiefer als die Wohnung. Dass wir nicht mit dem Auto angereist sind, schien eher eine Seltenheit darzustellen.

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Vi tackar Celine för ett mycket bra värdskap. Celine lyckades ordna en en barnstol till vårt barnbarn samt hjälpte oss att hitta rätt i omgivningarna. Huset är stort, två avdelningar, en avdelning med kök, stor vardagsrum samt matplats. En avdelning bestående av fyra stora sovrum, varav tre av sovrummen har eget badrum. En fantastisk trädgård med tre olika sittplatser, som ger möjlighet att välja en plats i antingen solen eller i skuggan. En stor utematplats med utegrill. Dessutom 10 min till den privata stranden med eget solskydd samt tillgång till två solsängar och två stolar. Vi var i Roccamare i början av juni, vilket innebar att vi vissa dagar hade hela stranden för oss själva. Samtidigt som det var runt 25 grader varmt och soligt. Vi Rekommenderas verkligen boendet och speciellt för de som vill koppla av ordentligt. Vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka.

Soggiornare nella villa con i nostri amici è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo goduti il verde, la piscina, il barbecue, ma soprattutto il panorama incredibile che attorniava la villa. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

Eine Woche mit Freunden in der Villa Bacci und es war eine Freude. 13 Personen und viel Platz für alle, selbst an Regentagen. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit im großen Wohnzimmer genossen und mit Blick aufs Meer gegrillt. Die Abendstimmung auf der Terrasse ist herrschaftlich :) Für kalte Frühjahrsnächte eventuell warme Bettdecken mitbringen oder Alfredo fragen. Perfekte Kommunikation mit Alfredo und Giovanni. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Super Lage mit Meersicht und sogar einem kleinen privaten Meereszugang (Achtung, viele Seeigel, Schuhe verwenden!). Das Haus ist riesig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe braucht. Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

San Ottaviano is a dream location! What a beautiful place with really kind people. Special thanks to Lorenzo with his great service 🙏 For us traveling with a kid it was perfect with the restaurant and swimming pool close-by. The beer the owner makes was above our expectations. We would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'endroit est idéal avec une vue magnifique. La maman d'Eleonora était disponible pour nos questions. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Magnifique terrain où nous avons pu laisser notre chien se promener sans problème. Calme et tranquillité sont 2 adjectifs qui peuvent tout à fait correspondre à nos vacances. À conseiller!!
