Maria Pia's Airbnb, is absolutely fabulous! it was beautifully appointed. Maria Pia greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us all around the apartment. The Airbnb is along the piazza, which made it convenient to shop, go to a café, have an aperitivo, or a passeggiata. We can't thank her enough, and will book her Airbnb the next time we are going to Ascoli Piceno.

Piccolo e grazioso appartamento a 2 passi dal mare! L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno ed ha una splendida vista sul mare. Zona tranquilla, pista ciclabile sotto casa. L'host è stato sempre molto disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Certamente consigliato.

Chiara è una host fantastica, disponibile e molto accogliente! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una casa pulitissima e in ottime condizioni. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto pure un paio di sorprese di benvenuto davvero molto apprezzate. Esperienza consigliatissima!

Apartament bardzo wygodny ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami.W pobliżu sklepy , apteka . Bardzo blisko plaża , zarówno ta płatna jak i publiczna . Antonio wzorowy gospodarz , pomocny i szybko reagujący na ewentualne pytania. Polecam to miejsce i na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócimy .

Luca’s apartment is a gem. Bright and comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains is beautiful. The location is ideal, right off the main square yet the place so quiet - even with the windows open. Luca was such an accommodating host. He was very responsive, no matter when I contacted him. He greeted me at the unit and gave me maps, shopping and restaurant tips throughout my two week stay. He was great at adding photos to explain where a shop or site was. I would definitely re-book a stay at Luca's if I ever returned to Ascoli-Piceno. It is good value for the money.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

We had a great stay in a very tranquil, beautiful and unspoilt region of Italy. The mountains or the sea are fairly short drives away both are well worth a visit. We stayed in the large farmhouse Casa Egle, which forms part of a small hamlet of beautifully restored buildings. The house is very comfortable and adequately equipped. Antonio is a great host and made himself understood even though my Italian is very poor.

abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno 20222, tutto perfetto, location bellissima veramente immersa nel verde e con un silenzio e pace incredibile, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la casa, le attrezzature e elettrodomestici forniti e del riscaldamento, consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno presso Henrik, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile tramite whatzapp, l'unica nota da segnalare è che se avete un auto molto bassa stile sportiva o simili potreste avere qualche piccolo problema sull'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'alloggio siccome la strada è di sassi ma resta leggermente alta nel centro e in alcuni tratti sentivo grattare sotto....ma niente di che.... il paesaggio e la posizione ricompensano il tutto! :) super consiglio

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Jeremy hat uns einen flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, da wir auf der Hinfahrt wegen extremer Stau sehr sehr lange gebraucht haben. Jeremy hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts um uns sehr lieb gekümmert und immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob wir was brauchen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden und Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strand & Promenade sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die 2 Liegen inkl. Schirm am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Betten und auch der Couch zum Fernsehen sind sehr bequem, die Schränke bieten ausreichend Platz für alles. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und geht um die ganze Wohnung rum. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Hügel und das Meer kann man auch aus einer Ecke sehen. Es ist wie ein riesiges Open-air Wohnzimmer. L'appartamento era ampio e luminoso, corrispondeva alle foto e alla descrizione. La posizione centrale e la vicinanza al mare la rendono perfetta per le vacanze estive. Molto comoda a tutti i servizi. Host gentilissima e disponibile.
