HOME POADA

Surrounded by nature, HOUSE POADA is located in a panoramic position at about 400 metres above sea level, in the territory of Mandello del Lario, a charming town on Lake Como, on the bank of the Lecco branch. It offers stunning views of our beautiful lake and loved “Grigne”. It provides a peaceful heaven for those who love nature and tranquillity: you can choose between a wide selection of experiences for relaxation, sport, culture, food and adventure in a unique scenario. The house is located directly on the "Sentiero del Viandante" (Path of the Wanderer), an ancient passageway that used to connect Milan to Switzerland. Nowadays, the trail climbs from Abbadia Lariana , to then enter to the foot of the Valtellina. It has a total length of about 45 km and therefore it has to be organized in stages; depending on the level of training, the course is divided up into 3 or 4 stages. Due to the frequent intersections with the railway line Lecco-Colico, you can complete one stage at time, returning by train to the starting point. The modest height and the excellent exposure of the path make the route crossable in every season. Moreover, you can find many other hiking trails all over the place. The residence is easily accessible by car, going through 500 meters of private road surrounded by greenery, starting from Somana, a picturesque hamlet of Mandello del Lario. Here you will find a welcoming home, hospitality, love for nature, history and traditions of our land, the passion for sports and mountains, as well as the desire to socialize with new people. The farm, recently renovated, is mainly dedicated to the production of oil, thanks to the hundreds of olive trees planted here. They are ideally located on the slopes of the hills: the climate and the favourable nature of the soil allow us to produce high-quality oil appreciated in Italy and abroad. Near the main house you will also find our friendly Tibetan goats, and some sheeps

Apartment in garden

Garden: 1.600 m2 of a botanical garden open to visits at the public with guide that explain the variety of the flowers and rare trees, you can reach it from the large door -window in the living room. Swimming pool in the garden, the swimming pool open from 31 May every year. Apartment: 90m2 Open space apartment furnished with antique-style furniture. Large living room with double sofà-bed and kitchen at ground floor. Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower. One bedroom at first floor with 1 double bed and three single beds. The apartment is just near the public square but in heavenly side, the parking slot is about 150m far from the apartment. Apartment near Como Lake (4 km). Possibility of biking, hiking and golf 2 km away. The centre of the town, is made of beautiful medieval buildings constructed with stones. Sports available nearby: Golf, MTB, Trekking, Horse riding, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Kayaking, Swimming. At 200m away there are: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurant and a popular farm many appreciated by tourists and local's people for delicious dishes. Menaggio is about 4 km from Cardano in Grandola ed Uniti, Porlezza is about 9 km from here. Heating: as a consumption. In cold periods when it is necessary to heat the apartment the heating is on consumption (max 36 € per night, will be charged at the end of the stay). P.S: Swimming pool is closed from October until 30 May. Cleaning service provided from external company.

L'orto

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La casa di Ale

La casa di Ale si trova a San Fermo al termine di una strada privata. La proprietà si affaccia su una valle completamente naturale che garantisce un soggiorno immerso nella quiete della natura. Ideale per famiglie o per piccoli gruppi di lavoro che desiderano un ambiente tranquillo e immerso nel verde di una valle, ma al tempo stesso con tutte le comodità e la vicinanza a centri commerciali, e reti stradali e ospedale. E' possibile organizzare soggiorni a lungo termine a prezzi da concordare.

Casa "Alba" - Agriturismo sul Lago di Como

"Alba" è uno dei tre appartamenti presenti all’interno dell'Agriturismo Conca Sandra, ottenuto in un edificio storico immerso nel verde della nostra azienda agricola biologica. Qui, a poca distanza dal Lago di Como e da Varenna ( 20minuti di cammino molto ripido / 5 minuti di macchina), respirerete un'atmosfera fuori dal tempo: un giardino fiorito, un uliveto in cui passeggiare, la campagna coltivata, il lago e la montagna sullo sfondo. La struttura, in pietra in originale del 1800 è stata recentemente ristrutturata secondo i dettami della bioedilizia. La Fattoria dei Castagni è un agriturismo nel bosco a 5 km dal lago di Como. La vista sui boschi circostanti e la valle ti garantirà tranquillità e relax. Trattandosi di un agriturismo all'interno della proprietà sono presenti animali tra cui capre, pecore e galline. Può capitare che le pecore belino o il gallo canti, tienilo presente prima di prenotare!

Bellissimo appartamento vista lago, in stabile con casa adiacente abitata, sito in zona rurale a 5 minuti di auto dal centro, immerso nel verde, con presenza di animali e di una piccola fattoria in attività. E' possibile accedere facilmente a numerosi sentieri per escursioni e piacevoli passeggiate. Nelle vicinanze ci sono fra le più belle spiagge a libero accesso non attrezzate . Nei pressi si trova anche la piazzola dell'elisoccorso.

Het kleine appartement maakt deel uit van de Agriturismo "La Fonte di Mariella" en ligt in de bergen van het Comomeer op 800 meter boven zeeniveau (7,5 km en 15 minuten met de auto van het meer) midden in de rust. Het appartement, op 2 verdiepingen, bestaat uit een hal met keuken en badkamer op de begane grond en 1 slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping en is geschikt voor 2 personen.
