Vakantiewoningen aan het water in Province of Imperia

Era la seconda volta che soggiornavo nell'appartamento di Esmeralda. Ed era tutto perfetto come sempre. Ordine e pulizia e disponibilità da parte di Esmeralda per ogni cosa. Tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 2 notti nella casa di Laura e ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa, Laura ci ha accolto con gentilezza dandoci tutte le istruzioni per visitare la zona. La casa è semplicemente perfetta, pulita, ordinata, spaziosa e attrezzata , in una posizione fantastica direttamente sul mare e strategica per visitare le molte località circostanti. Laura si è dimostrata veramente un super host , ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere un piccolo imprevisto post partenza, ci siamo sentiti accolti e speriamo di poter ritornare presto a casa di Laura.

Posto ideale per le vacanze estive, dotato sia di vasca che doccia (in unico bagno) e ben 2 lavatrici. Molto pulito e con un bellissimo terrazzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato a metà Gennaio per quasi 2 settimane, e a parte le condizioni meteo non proprio favorevoli siamo stati molto bene. Alloggio in posizione supercentrale , perfetto come disposizione e dimensioni, in casa è completo di tutto ciò che serve. Comodo alle attività commerciali e ai servizi necessari utili alla vacanza. Imperia e i suoi dintorni è veramente una bella Città. Laura, gentile, disponibile e alla mano, comunicazione ottima. Grazie.

Logement impeccable. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Quartier calme pour se ressourcer. Quelques minutes de marche pour accéder au centre ville. Paola disponible si besoin. Nous vous recommandons cet hébergement les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour. Appartement très pratique, en plein centre ville, mais bien isolé phoniquement. Grande terrasse ensoleillée. Chambres et literie de qualité. Cuisine/salon et salle de bains bien équipées. Idéal pour visiter SanRemo

Sandra was an incredible host!! She was responsive, accommodating, flexible, and kind. I needed to book the place last minute and she answered and accepted me right away. I couldn’t be happier with my stay, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Sandra is a five star host and her place was fantastic!!

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Soggiorno per san Valentino meraviglioso. Casa stupenda esattamente come nelle foto, posizione rialzata sulla città, vista stupenda. L’host è stata super gentile ed accogliente, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Uns hat das Häuschen inmitten des Olivenhains sehr sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt tatsächlich sehr abgelegen, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Meer ist in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber auch zum Wandern ist die Gegend sehr schön! Die private Badestelle unten am Fluss war wunderbar, wenn auch der Weg dorthin mit zwei Kleinkindern abenteuerlich war ;-). Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. The apartment is located next to the most beautiful beach of the Ligurian coast. It takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea. There are 2 restaurants on the beach. It is necessary to go to the grocery store (about 5 minutes by car). The house is located on a hill, if you arrive by car, be ready to drive up the mountain, but it is quite comfortable. The house has excellent air conditioning. Wifi is not very strong, my husband had to hold several work meetings, he had to use the mobile Internet. The house was very clean. House is well equipped, well equipped kitchen. A beautiful private area with a private solarium where you can sunbathe in privacy. We will be happy to return to Monica's house, it was great there!

Super séjour avec mon fils de 16 ans. Très bien accueilli par Mauro. Idéal pour aller se baigner à la mer ou se balader à pied ou à vélo sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Pareil pour les courses, juste en face. Très satisfait!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und würden die unbedingt wieder kommen! Die Kommunikation mit Isabella hat gut geklappt, kennengelernt haben wir ihre Schwester, bei der wir eingecheckt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nicht weit. Wir konnten das Auto quasi die ganze Zeit stehen lassen. Wir haben auch immer direkt am Haus einen Parkplatz gefunden, allerdings war das vielleicht auch der nebensaison geschuldet. Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem durch ihren besonderen Stil und die Architektur des Bungalows. Sie ist einfach, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Für vier Personen ist sie denke ich zu klein, aber für uns als kleine Familie zu dritt war die Größe genau richtig. Von der Terrasse aus kann man aufs Meer blicken, einfach wunderbar!

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! Viaggiavamo con una bimba di un anno e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di cuore, Constanza!

Äusserst grosszügige, saubere, gut ausgestattete, komfortable und ruhige Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im dritten Stock (mit Lift erreichbar) eines historischen Gebäudes und wurde geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Appartement verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins davon kann auch als Büro genutzt werden), ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine grosszügige Küche sowie eine grosse, vollkommen gedeckte Terrasse mit totaler Privatsphäre. Wir waren im Winter hier – Wohnung war schön warm bzw. konnte sie auf die individuell gewünschte Wärme erhitzt werden. Exzellente Internetverbindung. Die Hafenpromenade mit vielen Restaurants befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Auch das riesige Parkplatzareal, in dem wir unser Auto während unseres Aufenthalts kostenlos abstellen konnten, befindet sich sehr nah bei der Wohnung. Nicht zuletzt: Perfekte und äusserst unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die uns zusätzlich auch wertvolle Tipps zur Region gegeben haben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This is a great small apartment for two people. Nice view of of both the sea and a hillside full of date palms. Clean, modern and full of lots of sunshine. Helen is a very helpful hostess. Nearby is a quiet pebbly beach and a friendly coffee shop. Bordighera is a wonderful place for a week beside the sea. It is also a great base for daytrips to places like San Remo and Dolceaqua (try the Rossere wines there!). Downtown Bordighera is a pleasant walk away from the apartment and has a good selection of beachside bars, a Carefour supermarket and upscale shops.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et facile pour se garer , parking gratuit à proximité. Hôte très accueillant, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Thomas è un host attento, disponibile e puntuale. La casa Il Bacio del mare è molto bella, completa di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere dei giorni piacevoli. Siamo stati in quattro, gli spazi della casa sono stati più che sufficienti. Ottima la posizione, comoda per girare Sanremo a piedi, dal mare, al centro città. Soluzione consigliata assolutamente.

Alesia est une hote attentive et sympathique. De l'eau au frais, un bouquet 💐 et des citrons fraîchement cueillis nous attendaient. Si nous devions mettre une note sur 10 se serait 12. Merci pour tout.
