Located in the core of Abruzzo region, nestled between the high MOUNTAINS of two of the largest NATIONAL PARKS in Europe ("Majella" and "Gran Sasso"), it's only 30 minutes drive from BEACHES and important cities & services. The hosts know well and love their territory and are always available to propose tailor-made itineraries.

IL PAGLIAIO away from it all and just for two

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! Il Pagliaio is an old barn hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the surroundings. The inside is an open space in a simple and basic style, reflecting the rural spirit of the place.

Tiny House Rocca di Sotto

Dit unieke huisje biedt veel privacy midden in de natuur met het uitzicht op de hooggebergtes Gran Sasso en de Majella. De tiny house staat apart tegen een bosje aan op een kleine natuurcamping. Het heeft één leef-/slaapruimte van 3 bij 3 meter en een buitenkeuken van 3 bij 3 meter met overkapping. Gas, water en elektra zijn aanwezig en er staat een basic keukentje met een koelkast. Tweepersoonsbed, bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Er is een klein elektrisch kacheltje aanwezig.

Non troverete i confort di una stanza d’albergo, ma l’esperienza unica di passare un week end ritrovando le antiche usanze della cultura contadina. Illuminazione con candele, riscaldamento cucina e acqua calda con stufa a legna, acqua del pozzo con antica pompa manuale. Non troverete una wifi ma un connessione tra voi stessi e la natura. 2 adulti e 1 bambino

Blokhut met geweldig uitzicht op de Apennijnen

De sfeervolle blokhut staat apart op een kleinschalige natuurcamping, tussen eeuwenoude olijfbomen. De hut heeft een woongedeelte inclusief keukenblok en een slaapvertrek voor twee personen. Rondom de blokhut zie je aan één kant de toppen van de Gran Sasso en aan de andere kant het hooggebergte de Majella. Het terras is beschut waardoor er veel privacy is. De gemeentelijke toegangsweg naar het terrein is een beetje steil. Op loopafstand is een pizzeria en een agriturismo.

Trekkershut in het bosje op kleine natuurcamping

Het hutje heeft het geweldige uitzicht op het hooggebergte van de Appenijnen en een hoge veranda tussen de Acacia-bomen. De hut is 2 mt. bij 3 mt. en de veranda is 3 mt. bij 3 mt. Er is een opklapbaar tweepersoonsbed inclusief bedlinnen, dekens, kussens, gasstel en eenvoudig keukeninventaris. Er is een terrasset en picknicktafel. De gemeentelijke toegangsweg een beetje steil. Af te raden om in het donker aan te komen.
