Privésuites in Province of Novara

We went as a couple from Germany to Marco`s place and stayed there for five days. The communication with the host was really good, on the way we called him and already got some useful advices for the way. After we got there, Marco showed us everything in the place and explained to us the short way to an ecological farm where we got some great food. When we arrived, Marco had put some food into our fridge, so we could take a rest and refresh ourself`s for some walking in the beautiful forrest very close to the house. The surrounding and the house with its garden is very relaxing and great for hiking or sitting on the terrace, where we also cooked our food in the evenings. While we were there, Marco and his wife gave us some good advices for hiking tours. When we left, they helped us to get a good connection to Milan, since we had no car and got there by bus and train.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine ! Tout était parfait, la chambre était impeccable et spacieuse (nous étions avec mon mari et notre fille de 2 ans), les petits déjeuners proposés par Christine étaient copieux et délicieux, on s’est régalé ! Christine est une hôte parfaite, chaleureuse, disponible et soucieuse du bien être de ses invités! La maison est très bien située : Stresa est accessible à pied en 20 grosses minutes (mais un peu de dénivelé), mais en voiture ça se fait très bien aussi et on peut se garer sur le parking au bord du lac ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Eleonora was warm and welcoming upon arrival! It was a gorgeous space and a beautiful property. Eleonoras daughter was also very welcoming. The dogs are fun and kind as well as all the nature surrounding the property. It has its own private garden and washing machine (no tumble dryer but wasn’t a problem at all as given a drying rack and a clothes line in the garden). Only issue my partner and I have that is not at all Eleonoras fault is closest shops are a good 45 minute walk away but is a lovley sight in the sun. Would highly recommend this property! X

Wir waren für einige Tage vor Ostern hier, bei bestem Wetter und bereits warmen Temperaturen. Um die Unterkunft zu finden muss man lediglich den Anweisungen Chiaras folgen, dann ist es kein Problem. Wenn man sich auf schmalen Wegen mit dem Auto nicht wohl fühlt, muss man mit ca 400-500 m Fußweg rechnen, aber die lohnen sich. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles gehalten, was sie versprochen hatte. Unsere Highlights: - Balkone, auf denen man mit der Sonne wandern konnte. (Einer im Osten, einer im Westen zum See.) - Ruhige Lage. - einfach aber gut ausgestattete Küche. - super liebe Vermieter Man bekommt eine Liste mit Einkaufs- und Restaurantempfehlungen. Davon konnten wir nicht alle probieren, aber die, die wir probiert habe, waren großartig. In der Pettenasco an der Hauptstraße gegenüber der Tankstelle (sehr günstig, als wir da waren) befinden sich noch ein nettes Café/Bar, die wir auch empfehlen können. Auch das Gartengeschäft im Süden lohnt einen Besuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

We zochten een rustige fijne plek tussen de meren en niet ver van Milaan: dit leek ideaal en dat is ook zo gebleken. Makkelijk te vinden en bij aankomst heel fijn en hartelijk ontvangen. Het huis was in gezellige kerstsfeer en in de keuken konden we zo aan een mooi gedekte en goed gevulde tafel gaan zitten met plumcake, chocolaatjes en voor de lunch kregen we lasagne. Wat hebben we met z’n allen ervan gesmuld en we voelden ons er meteen thuis. Het huis is gedateerd maar gezellig en compleet met alle keukenbenodigdheden incl. een dolce gusto koffiezetapparaat. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn volop aanwezig, fris en schoon. De meren in de zeer nabije omgeving, uitzicht vanuit het keukenraam op de heuvels en bergen, Milaan is goed te bereiken. Kortom, we hebben ontzettend genoten. Voor de kinderen is er een benedenruimte met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. De tuin is groot, goed verzorgd en afgerasterd, onze hond gaat de volgende keer echt wel mee.

Great place, Better than a hotel room. Did not have the chance to enjoyed the terrace because of the weather.

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage am Lago Maggiore in der Unterkunft von Zuzanna und Claudio verbracht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zuzana hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Die Lage ist toll, der See ist nah, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Man sollte jedoch ein Auto zur Verfügung haben.

Marisa's charming place is in a tranquil setting, with views across the valley. It was perfectly suited to our family of four - ample space, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and even toys to entertain the kids. We were especially appreciative of these comforts when our stay coincided with a few days of rain - especially the radiators, warm bedding and hot showers. Our kids were particularly enthusiastic about visiting the donkeys and sheep on the property, and I loved waking to the most fantastic morning bird chorus - or perhaps that was just the morning after the rain.. We also loved the dark evenings away from street lights, a chance to see the stars, and just the twinkling of some distant homes on the hills. Our thanks to Marisa for being a kind and caring host. We had such a wonderful stay.
