De vakantiewoning maakt deel uit van een meer dan 150 jaar oude boerenwoning, maar is geheel zelfstandig met eigen oprit en eigen opgang. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers plus een comfortabele bedbank. Het zoutwaterzwembad is fenomenaal gelegen en biedt een fantastisch uitzicht.

A pochi minuti dall'autostrada A1 e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Fabro-Ficulle, l'abitazione è ottima per un soggiorno rilassante a metà strada tra Roma e Firenze. Wi-fi presente. Purtroppo non possiamo accettare bambini. Vi preghiamo di notare che le spese di riscaldamento sono escluse dal prezzo.

The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
