Es ist ein nettes Häuschen in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Man kann direkt los laufen und viel erleben.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The stay in Toscana was great. Despite the fact, the weather was not perfect, we enjoyed the stay sooo much. The host was very friendly, offering a lot of tips. The communication was very friendly, I felt more like a family member than just a guest. Thank you for the stay Mariaclotilde and for your care. It was a really great time we had here.

La maison est très spacieuse et le jardin est vraiment très agréable. La cuisine et la salle de bain principale (immense) sont rénovées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que les chambres soient climatisées surtout que nous y étions dans la période la plus chaude. Cependant, nous étions étonnés de devoir acheter des sacs poubelle, car il y en avait seulement un pour chaque poubelle, sauf pour le compost qui en avait plusieurs. Pareil pour le papier toilette, il y avait juste 1 par salle de bain. La piscine était très chaude et le jardin très bien équipé. Nous avons eu un lit bébé moyennant un supplément de 10€/jour ce qui était un peu cher. Il y avait des jouets pour enfant, mais pas de chaise haute (bon à savoir). Il faut savoir que l’accès est un peu cahoteux et qu’il faut bien ouvrir l’œil pour voir le virage pour le chemin qui mène à la maison. Ça a l’avantage d’être très calme et intime.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, l'extérieur était un vrai plus , très paisible et tranquille. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. L'emplacement de la maison , idéalement située, nous a permis de sillonner la Toscane (florence, luqques, sienne , san Gimignano, chianti)

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren mit zehn Personen zu Gast und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir hatten jeden Abend einen schönen Sonnenuntergang und konnten auf der Gartencouch in die Sterne schauen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab alles um gut Kochen zu können. Die Wohnungen waren auch an sehr heißen Tagen sehr angenehm zum Schlafen und um sich tagsüber auszuruhen. Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr schönen kleinen Dorf am Berg. Es gab sehr viele schöne Orte, Strände und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Das kleine Bauernhaus ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen, das Grundstück ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist groß und ebenfalls toll gelegen. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos! Man muss wissen, dass man angesichts der abgelegenen Lage in jedem Fall ein Auto braucht, aber man kann seine Einkäufe einfach auf dem Rückweg vom Strand oder von Ausflügen erledigen. Tolle Strände und historische Städte sind sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 4 Personen sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der ersten Woche gab es einige Probleme, weil aufgrund einer Hitzewelle in der Toskana die AC zunächst nicht richtig funktionierte und der Pool etwas grün wurde, aber Paola und Vittoria waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben sich sofort intensiv gekümmert - und die Probleme wurden behoben! Wir durften Vittoria und ihre Familie auch persönlich kennenlernen und ihre wunderbare Gastfreundschaft erleben - nochmals vielen Dank! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Fantastic: very nice house in a beautiful setting with a great view, both from the house, front yard and pool. Nice interior, good ambiance, very clean and fully equipped! The shared pool is big and close by, but nicely secluded. Gianluigi really is a great host; very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our kids had a short and heavy flu, and he helped us out enormously. It was clear that he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you Gianluigi!

La maison est anicenne, mais charmante propre et fonctionnelle. Elle est située dans un parc avec forêt méditérannéenne et oliviers, avec le luxe d'un accès direct à la plage de galets. Nous avons pu manger dehors matin, midi et soir, à l'ombre ou au soleil à notre convenance. Il fait savoir que la route et le chemin de fer sont en hyper proximité (le train passe en continu nuit et jour). Cela ne nous a pas empéché de passer un super séjour, mais il faut le savoir. Posto splendido isolato dalle altre case ma con paesi e supermercato a meno di 10 minuti in macchina. Perfetto per vacanze tra amici, con percorsi da fare a piedi vicini. Consigliatissimo!

Schlicht gesagt: ein fantastischer Urlaub den ich nie vergessen werde. Würde jederzeit wieder auf dem kleinen Bauernhof von Emilio Urlaub machen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit Emilio!

This accommodation lays at the northern outskirts of Pisa. One can enjoy a great view to mountains and calmness, which one cannot get in the city. It is connected to the city via a bus, but I had to still walk many times if I was out of schedule. The place is great, its ideal for a couple. A baby bed is available so even it is manageable with a newborn. The only downside is the distance to the shop and washing machine, but I received a bike, with which it was just a few minutes. I definitely recommend to stay here! :)

Check in und Check out waren super. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und Prosecco empfangen. Das Haus reicht für 2 Familien. Jeder hatte sein Zimmer mit eigenen Bad. Der Pool ist perfekt für Familien Mit kleinen Kindern. Der Gastgeber war immer freundlich und erreichbar. Die Dame die auf dem Grundstück wohnt, ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Das Haus ist im Sommer sehr kühl, man braucht wirklich keine Klimaanlage. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist das das Haus oben auf den Bergen ist und nur mit Auto erreichbar. Durch die Berge hat man auch immer längere Autofahrten.

Probably the best Airbnb we stayed at - ever! Location is great, small authentic Italian village with breathtaking views. The house itself is amazing. Totally sufficient for a family of 5 (and probably even 6). Very clean, well equipped, great neighborhood, own parking space, little terrace, and more. Best bar and coffee right around the corner.

Ein Urlaub in Toscana wie in dem Bilderbuch. Man bezieht ein komplettes, sehr gut und modern renoviertes Landhäuschen, dem auch ein Grundstück ordentlicher Größe dazugehört. Das Haus verfügt über alles Nötige, ist innen sehr geräumig, bietet Platz für Übernachtung von mindestens drei Personen. Die Anlage liegt mitten auf dem Feld, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Hügellandschaft. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Tür. Man befindet sich einerseits in absoluter Ruhezone, hat aber gleichzeitig die einzigartige Möglichkeit von dem Urlaubsstandort die typischen Schätze Italiens innerhalb von höchstens vierzig Autominuten zu erreichen: weiße Strände und die Berge, die Weltstadt Florenz und der Galileis Geburtsort Pisa, Michelinreife Restaurants und erstklassiges Shopping. We had the most amazing stay in Ripafrattra, such a beautiful place/house to stay with stunning scenery. Claudio was the best host - very friendly, responsive and helpful, we'll definitely be going back to visit.

The villa is ideally located if you are thinking of exploring Tuscany by car or train. The pool and outdoor area are fabulous, really spacious and lots of seating areas to choose from including a lovely shaded area. The villa itself is very quirky, it's full of nik naks. The air con is great, really quiet and kept the place nice and cool in the 37 degree heat!! There were a few early morning maintenance visits during our stay which we weren't expecting, the gardener arrives around 5.30am so don't be alarmed if you see/hear him coming in to water the garden area. Ilenia was available for us to contact and responded to any queries really promptly, she's a very helpful host.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso casolare durante il Lucca Comics nonostante fossimo li per attività sportive non inerenti al Comics, e ad un comodissimo passo da Lucca in un attimo sei catapultato in un luogo di pace e serenità. La casa è stupenda proprio come la stavamo cercando con tutte le comodità e i confort necessari, un ottima divisione delle camere e dei bagni e delle varie zone living. SUPER CONSIGLIATA!! Spero di tornarci presto per gustarmi un pomeriggio in piscina!! Silvia e Paolo che dire, SUPERLATIVI! Grazie ancora!!
