Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of land, the majority is terraced with olive trees. The property is reached easily from the main street. The cottage is set amidst a beautiful well kept garden, equipped with two outdoor areas with tables, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a nice swimming pool (set in earth, 6.30x4.30m, deep: 1.55m) on the side of the house, with deckchairs and sun-beds. Il Nido, casetta romantica con giardino

Il Nido è un terratetto nel castello medioevale di Lanciole, costruito durante il 1300 veniva usato per essicare le castagne per poi produrne la farina, oggi vi offre all’ ingresso una cucina completa, al primo piano un letto matrimoniale con armadio e vista sul giardino e sul centro storico mentre al piano inferiore un bagno con vasca e doccia, lavabo, water, bidet. Da questo piano si accede al giardino, con una splendida vista sui monti e sul borgo medioevale. parcheggio libero a 50 metri

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Fiordaliso è immerso tra uliveti e vigneti, con terrazza affacciata sul paesaggio delle colline lucchesi. Ideale per chi cerca relax e natura, lontano dai rumori della città. Disposto su due piani: al piano terra ampio open space con soggiorno ( climatizzato A/C ), zona pranzo e cucina; al primo piano bagno e due camere confortevoli entrambe climatizzate A/C.
