We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

Het ziet er nog mooier uit dan op de foto's, met name savonds echt prachtig met de sfeervolle verlichting en het zwembad de mooie bloemen en het groene gras. Overdag kijk je hier ook op uit en beneden zie je dan het paard, pony, ezel en geit samen rond lopen in de wei. Diverse plaatsen om lekker te zitten of te eten, ieder heeft eigen meubelset met parasol bij het zwembad. De familie onderhoud alles perfect en zijn altijd vriendelijk en als er wat is behulpzaam. Er is zelfs een tafeltennis en voetbaltafel aanwezig. We zullen nog lang met plezier op ons verblijf terugkijken en wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

Perfeito! Lugar maravilhoso, apartamento extremamente confortável e limpo! Toda praticidade, aconchegante! Emanuela, sem palavras, uma excelente anfitriã, super atenciosa. Nos sentimos em casa. Localização prática, próxima a todos os locais que queríamos conhecer. Sem contar a jacuzzi que é um charme. Obrigada Emanuela, com certeza voltaremos 💛

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Adolfina che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e sui dintorni. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, accogliente e completa di tutto. Il giardino è ben tenuto e abbiamo potuto godercelo sia noi che il nostro cane! Bellissima esperienza, da ripetere. Host consigliatissimo

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, unglaublich tolle Lage auf einem Hang, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, man kann im Anschluss in einem Hot Tub entspannen und vorzüglich in einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche kochen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal kommen, vielen Dank :-)

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

The house and the view are absolutely magical. Spacious terrace, huge pool, a garden that is so big you can play hide and seek in. If you’re looking for a very quiet getaway, this is the right place to be. Careful, there really is nothing around!

We had a fantastic stay at Gabriella's place in Italy. From the start, Gabriella was incredibly responsive, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after our stay. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's best restaurants and attractions. Gabriella went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even arranged for a house cleaner during our stay and made it easy for them to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, she met us for coffee, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, and ensured we could find everything we needed. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, she swiftly had technicians replace it, demonstrating her commitment to our comfort. The apartment itself was perfect, truly feeling like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware, more towels than we could use, and ample storage space. Gabriella’s attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay exceptionally pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Edoardo è stato molto gentile e l'appartamento è perfetto, pulito e ordinato, molto comodo. È immerso nel verde in una zona molto bella. L'unico consiglio è quello di lasciare una bottiglia di acqua per gli ospiti, che non c'era, ma a parte questo è stato tutto perfetto. Ringrazio molto Edoardo e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Nach ein Paar Schritten ist man im wunderschönen Dorf. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen, um flexibel zu sein und die Gegend zu erkunden. Es hat überall viele Gratisparkplätze in der Region. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr untouristisch und ruhig. Ein Ausflug nach Pescia oder mit dem Zug von Pescia nach Florenz zu fahren ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Super Unterkunft in Traum-Lage. Die Appartements sind schön, groß und sauber und die Gastgeber sind total nett, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen (auch auf Englisch) Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Städte wie Florenz, Pisa, Siena oder San Gimignano besuchen möchte und auch Vinci selbst ist sehr interessant (Leonardo und so) und nett für kleine Wanderungen (Olivenheine) Der Pool-Bereich lädt tagsüber zum Verweilen ein und die kleinen Sitzgruppen mit Traum-Ausblick sind perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen (am besten mit einem Glas Wein (ab Hof). Zwei Hofkatzen wachen außerdem unaufdringlich über die Anlage <3 Wir kommen gern wieder - wollen eigentlich gar nicht heim!

What an amazing place and an amazing host. Beautiful villa and surrounds. Stefano was fantastic…friendly, always contactable and loved to share local recommendations and places/restaurants to visit. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a private dinner with Chef Fabrizio (food was spectacular) and also the pizza making experience with Guido (a real character) which were trip highlights. You cannot stay here without doing these experiences…it’s a must! I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of nearby attractions such as Pisa, Lucca, Forte Dei Marmi, wineries, etc. Thank you Stefano and family for an experience we’ll never forget.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Garten ist fantastisch und es gibt bequeme Liegen an verschiedenen Orten auf dem Grundstück. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es sich um eine Art Kellerwohnung handelt - das kann man auf den Fotos aber eigentlich auch erkennen. Hatten beide Wohnungen von Elena gemietet, da ein Großelternteil dabei war und waren super zufrieden, da beide Wohnungen sehr nah beieinander sind.

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Lovely place to stay. Guilana was an amazing, very friendly, welcoming host. The space was exactly what I was looking for. The pool and garden area is sooo beautiful 😍 nice quiet, clean and cozy space. Absolutely loved my stay ☺️ highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

Das Haus von Paolo ist sehr süß geschnitten und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und wir hatten ansonsten unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre obwohl weit zusammen auf dem wunderschönen Gelände wohnten. La casa di Matilde è in un contesto tranquillo, tipico delle colline toscane tra gli ulivi, ma anche vicino al centro storico di Pistoia, posizione comoda per visitare la città e i suoi dintorni. La casa è fornita di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere piacevolmente la vacanza!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!).
