Il casale delle Lucciole

Il casale, indipendente e con una superficie di 150 mq con un giardino di circa 5000 mq, è immerso nel verde delle colline della Sabina. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, ed ideale per raggiungere i borghi medioevali del Lazio e dell'Umbria. Sono presenti due barbecue esterni e due camini interni alla casa. Un frutteto con circa 50 piante da frutto, dove è possibile raccogliere la frutta di stagione. E' presente Wi-Fi e un impianto di riscaldamento, 3 TV Smart e una lavatrice nel magazzino

Scappo in Umbria, il fienile

Stel je voor dat je langs een korte landweg door de heuvels van Umbrië loopt en plotseling een oude boerderij tegenkomt, genesteld tussen de olijfbomen, die de geuren van het platteland uit het verleden behoudt, de echte, die de ware synthese is van wat je van de "schuur" kunt verwachten. De echte schuur, de oude, is de structuur die je nog steeds vindt achter het panoramische zwembad dat je de heuvel op vindt, met een uniek panoramisch uitzicht op de grote schoonheid van Umbrië.

Villa con Piscina - Cascata delle Marmore

La villa è ubicata in mezzo al verde della Valnerina, tra colline di uliveti e boschi di macchia mediterranea. La Cascata delle Marmore dista 2,4 dalla proprietà. La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina (5m×10m, profondità 1,5m) inserita in un grande giardino da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama, tipico della verde Umbria . La casa, nel retro, ha una zona barbecue di circa 60 mq. La proprietà è dotata delle colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Dimora Valleprata – Country house di charme –

La dimora è situata sulla sponda sud est del lago di Piediluco ed è raggiungibile attraverso una strada immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea. Il parco della proprietà vede fondersi prati all’inglese e bosco mediterraneo. Un’imponente magnolia e un antico pozzo etrusco decorano la zona relax del giardino che dispone inoltre di vasca idromassaggio esterna 5 posti vista lago, accesso esclusivo al lago con pedalò per escursioni e barbecue per grigliate.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
