Die Kommunikation war einfach und Paola hat immer schnell geantwortet. Preis Leistung war super! Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Ideal für zwei Personen :)

What an absolutely amazing place. So happy to have stayed here! Views are to die for and the old building has so much charm but is beautifully refinished. The local pizza place is also very cozy🥰

A very beautiful view from the balcony and a nice apartment. Limited walkability around the area and things to do, but perfect for just relaxing.

Hey, the stay at Simone’s apartment was really good. We got everything we needed and it is exactly like the photos. We had a little accident and the neighbours were super kind and helped us, too. It is better to have a car there. We would recommend and if we are coming back to lago di Como we would stay there again. Thanks for everything!

Wir liebten den Blick auf den See beim Frühstück und sogar vom Bett aus. Der Weg zu Lokalen, zu Geschäften und zur Schiffsanlegestelle war sehr kurz! Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht! Wir fanden den Ort gemütlich und nicht so überlaufen, abends haben wir die Ruhe nach unseren Ausflügen besonders genossen. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Nicla war extrem freundlich

I loved my stay! The apartment has the most amazing view in a beautiful old village outside of the busier areas near Lake Como. Eleanora and her father were so kind and helpful! I would love to stay again on my next visit to Italy.

We felt so lucky and grateful to have this place during our stay at Bellano - such a peaceful and beautiful town to stay and very easy to travel around. Sara is so friendly and helpful, answered all my questions timely - the apartment is modern and clean, has beautiful water view and walkable to town. I would recommend to anyone who comes over for a visit ❤️

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Wir hatten ein paar traumhafte Tage in Gabrieles toller Unterkunft. Ein gemütliches, wirklich sehr originelles kleines Häuschen auf drei Stockwerken, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen kreativen Details. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See im sehr charmanten mittelalterlichen Rezzonico. Gabriele war äusserst angenehm und zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. Leider war die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei!

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie’s. It was a perfect place for our family trip to Lake Como area. Very close to the ferries in Varenna with fantastic views of lake Como. We loved hanging out on the patio for happy hour and sunsets… sometimes it was hard to leave in order further explore Lake Como! Highly recommended.

Vi spenderade nästan en vecka här och tyckte det var det absolut bästa alternativet vi kunde hittat. Gångavstånd till allt och härlig privat trädgård med fler än 3 olika katter på besök varje gång man satt där. Vi gick till nästan alla restauranger dem rekommenderade och fick helt fantastisk mat serverad! Dem svarar snabbt på meddelanden och erbjöd sig till och med att hjälpa oss med en sak vi funderade över efter klockan 22:00 på kvällen, topp service! Om vi åker tillbaka bor vi absolut här...

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

O apartamento estava ótimo! Exatamente como nas fotos, fácil de encontrar e a localização é perfeita!! Bem próximo do centro de Varenna, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem e a dormida é confortável e silenciosa, a entrada é linda e os arredores também, foi tudo ótimo!!

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire dans ce lieu si spécial. La vue et l'accès au lac sont parfaits et bien au dessus de la plupart des autres logements que l'on trouve autour du lac. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir waren als Familie zu 6 Personen 8 Nächte in den Haus und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Wirklich besonders bei dieser Unterkunft ist der atemberaubende Blick auf den See von jedem Zimmer und insbesondere von der Terasse! Einzige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten, sind die leicht verdreckte Küche (Wand, einige Geräte) und ein neuer Anstrich für die Wände (vor allem im Treppenhaus). Insgesamt aber eine super Unterkunft! Kann man nur jedem empfehlen!

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la acogedora casa de Andrea y Paola. La casita es muy confortable y estaba súper limpia y ordenada. A pesar de que el tiempo estuvo feo, pudimos realizar muchas actividades sin problema. La casa está a pocos minutos de Menaggio, donde está el embarcadero de ferries.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole situato in ottima posizione a poca distanza sia dalla stazione ferroviaria che dall'imbarcadero.

This was an excellent four night stay at Gian’s place. First off, he is an awesome host. Super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights in the lake como area. Bellano is a wonderful location to discover Lake Como without the large crowds of the larger centres. Gian’s place was exactly as advertised and your money goes much further there than other places. Lots of nice restaurants in Bellano as well and very good value. Gian’s place has everything you need for a great stay in lake Como.

Très bel appartement spacieux Grande terrasse avec belle vue sur le lac Au calme ! Bien situé à 10 min environ de Menaggio en voiture et donc de l embarcadère pour ferry Très bien équipé Lit très confortable Très propre Rien à dire! Hôte très réactif Idéal pour visiter de lac de Côme !

Very nice apartment with a great view ! It is very close to Menaggio and to the lake. The apartment is great for two persons and it had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very reactive and informative about the surroundings. Would recommend !

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa dei nonni! Tutto era come nell'annuncio, casa pulita e in ordine; al nostro arrivo erano già lì ad aspettarci come da accordi sul sito. Ambiente molto luminoso, dotato di qualsiasi cosa si necessiti, dal bagno alla cucina alle camere. Non manvaca proprio nulla. Ottima posizione, soleggiata, zona tranquilla ma ottima posizione per visitare il lago e dintorni. Gentilissimo Corrado come host e disponibilità notevole in tutto. Non posso che raccomandare questo alloggio! :D

Paola & Dante are such wonderful hosts. They offered us transfers to/fro train station which is a bonus especially after a 16.5hrs flight. Apt is spacious & clean with perfect location. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment and a view over Lake Como that was just wonderful! The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything needed and a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. It is a bit of a climb to get there, either by a steep driveway or some stairs but it’s SO worth it when you look out over the water first thing in the morning and sit down to breakfast with such a stunning view. It all looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Our hosts were very helpful and approachable and answered all queries promptly. Bellano is a fantastic wee town with great train and ferry links and friendly people. We loved it here.
